Great location for sightseeing across London with easy transport from Hampton Wick train station. Local attractions include Twick Rugby World Cup, Hampton Court Flower Show, Wimbledon Tennis, Kew Gardens, Richmond Park, Kingston and Richmond centre.

The space

Three night booking are only available for the below dates:

All other dates require a 4 night min stay.

Separate access to a newly modenised private basement flat. The flat comprises of a 1 luxurious King size bedroom, very large walk through wardrobe (which can accommodate a twin bed), bathroom and a separate wc. ).

The living room has access to a small patio area. Kitchen with all mod cons inc induction hob, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all you'll need inc but not limited to: plates, glasses, pans and cutlery.

Your stay will include a visit from a weekly cleaner who will change your sheets and towels.

Baby items can be provided (if requested in advance) inc highchair, travel cot, stair gate, toys, books.

We can provide an extra single (twin) bed but there is a charge for the extra bed, whether its for a child or adult. If you need the extra single bed you must book for three guests.

I can also provide a child's single bed. Booking for 4 guests will only be accepted if the fours person is a child (under the age of 12yrs.

Parking - there are three options. 1 free parking 5 mins walk from the flat. 2 you can park very close for free between 6:30pm - 8:30am or 3 you can buy parking scratch tickets at £2.50 a half day.

Transport - the train station and bus stops are opposite the house. The train line takes you to london in 25 mins or also to twickenham, Richmond, Putney, Wimbledon or Clapham Junction. The bus routes are to Heathrow, Hampton court and many other local areas.

Shops - you can walk into Kingston town centre in less than 5 minutes and there is also a convenience store 2 buildings away.

Pubs/resturants - within only minutes from the house there are many nice places to eat and drink.

Local Attractions - Bushy Park & Richmond Park, Hampton Court Palace, Twickenham Rugby Stadium, Wimbledon Tennis, Richmond, Kew Gardens.

Eco turism - for those who like to make a difference the building is serviced by 4KW solar panels and we have a 'water well' providing grey water for the wc's.

The flat is very private and I often never see guests after checkin but I am more than happy to offer advise on the local area.

Other things to note

The flat has good, fast wifi but it doesn't work in the bedroom. The property is very old with extremely thick walls so the signal doesn't get through.

We had a great stay in Hannah's flat while we visited London. The flat is clean, modern, and practical. There is a good a restaurant just down the street and we had a wonderful meal our first night. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. The flat sits right across the street from the Hampton Wick train station and the 285 bus runs directly to Heathrow from in front of the house. All of which made coming and going pretty simple. One drawback is that tourist London is about an hour away.

We had a wonderful stay at Hannah's flat. It is spacious, comfortable and quiet. It was easy to explore the neighborhood and we spent a lovely day enjoying Hampton Court Palace and the gardens. Having the train station across the street is a big plus! We took the train and the tube into London and explored for hours. The kitchen came with spices, coffee, oils, vinegar etc and was large and easy to cook in. We had a great adventure and Hannah was a remarkable host! Her communication was excellent and she was very welcoming. We highly recommend this flat!

I would highly recommend this place. It was very comfortable and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed and right across from the train station. Hampton wick is a lovely area and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

Hannah's flat is the best home away from home anyone can hope for. So clean, cozy, well equipped, and convenient to do anything. I know the place is booked for the next time I come back to Kingston, but I trust other places Hannah offers are as well taken care of as this one, so I hope to stay at one of the others!

Hannah was a wonderful host who made us feel welcome and our stay very comfortable. Communication was easy, friendly and efficient. The flat is well equipped for long or short stays and we didn't feel that we needed for anything extra. The location was perfect for my husband to get into the city easily (train station is directly opposite) for work, and it was only a 10 minute walk to be in the centre of the local area for restaurants, shopping and a pretty walk down the river. I highly recommend this accommodation and we intend to visit again in the future.

My husband, Robert and I have 2 properties in the area the 1st is a coach house which was first build in 1860 and lovingly restored in 2013. The flat we rent is in the basement with its own private access. The 2nd is a beautiful ground floor 2 bed flat in an Art Deco block.
