Great location for sightseeing across London with easy transport from Hampton Wick train station. Local attractions include Twick Rugby World Cup, Hampton Court Flower Show, Wimbledon Tennis, Kew Gardens, Richmond Park, Kingston and Richmond centre.
Separate access to a newly modenised private basement flat. The flat comprises of a 1 luxerious King size bedroom, very large walk through wardrobe (which can accommodate a twin bed), bathroom and a seperate wc. The living room has access to a small patio area. Kitchen with all mod cons inc induction hob, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine. The kitchen is fully furnished with all you'll need inc but not limited to: plates, glasses, pans and cutlery.
Your stay will include a visit from a weekly cleaner who will change your sheets and towels.
Baby items can be provided (if requested in advance) inc highchair, travel cot, stair gate, toys, books.
We can provide an extra single (twin) bed but there is a charge for the extra bed, whether its for a child or adult. If you need the extra single bed you must book for three guests.
Parking - there are three options. 1 free parking 5 mins walk from the flat. 2 you can park very close for free between 6:30pm - 8:30am or 3 you can buy parking scratch tickets at £2.50 a half day.
Transport - the train station and bus stops are opposite the house. The train line takes you to london in 25 mins or also to twickenham, Richmond, Putney, Wimbledon or Clapham Junction. The bus routes are to Heathrow, Hampton court and many other local areas.
Shops - you can walk into Kingston town centre in less than 5 minutes and there is also a convenience store 2 buildings away.
Pubs/resturants - within only minutes from the house there are many nice places to eat and drink.
Local Attractions - Bushy Park & Richmond Park, Hampton Court Palace, Twickenham Rugby Stadium, Wimbledon Tennis, Richmond, Kew Gardens.
Eco turism - for those who like to make a difference the building is serviced by 4KW solar panels and we have a 'water well' providing grey water for the wc's.

The flat is very private and I often never see guests after checkin but I am more than happy to offer advise on the local area.

Public transport is very easy with Hampton Wick train station directly opposite the flat.
Other Things to Note
The flat has good, fast wifi but it doesn't work in the bedroom. The property is very old with extremely thick walls so the signal doesn't get through.
Absolutly no smoking! Not even on the patio.
The flat has views of a lovley sunny garden but we kindly ask you to refrain from using the main garden area.
