  • The urban cabin suited us perfectly, even in hot July weather. We loved that we could walk easily into downtown. Kate was utterly gracious (especially when we accidentally left something behind and needed to retrieve it), knows how to butterfly-fold washcloths (!) and has prepared a helpful book of nearby restaurants and shops. We found that we didn't have to scramble around trying to toddler-proof, as we often do when we travel. We had a wonderful stay here.

  • Kate's studio home was perfect - super close to town, clean, amazing little backyard area that unfortunately we didn't have the time to enjoy...I would definitely recommend this space for a stay in Northampton!

  • This was a great place to stay. Kate was so incredibly helpful and the room was, as advertised, large, immaculate, beautiful and comfortable. I could not have asked for anything more from this experience and would absolutely stay in one of Kate's places again. Thanks for everything Kate!

  • The urban cabin was ideal for us! Close to downtown, and the private garden was perfect for morning coffee (with Shelburne Coffee Roasters just a few steps way!) and relaxing in the evening by the fire pit. The cabin is nicely appointed, with fridge and stove. Really can't say enough good things about the cabin -- looking forward to visiting again next year!

  • Great little cabin which was perfect for our family. We stayed one night after a wedding and couldn't have been happier. We have two small kids and we had plenty of room to set up the pack n play and bed for them. The kitchen was a huge necessity for us traveling with kids and it was easy to grab coffee in the morning by walking to places next door.
Kate was also a fantastic communicator through email, phone and text.

  • Yes! It was a beautiful location right near downtown Northampton. The building was beautiful, and the amenities were top notch! I think that this is a great find in Northampton, especially if you want to be near downtown, which for my job is perfect! I will definitely stay here again.

  • We spent the night after our wedding here, and it was fantastic. The cabin is adorable, and the backyard is great. The pillows were extremely comfortable. Kate was very easy to work with. She let a wonderfully helpful list of places to eat in town that we referred to three times and enjoyed every meal. Excellent location (a little hard to find), very easy walk to downtown. Overall, a really great experience, we highly recommend it!

  • This little cabin in in NoHa was such a treat to stay in! It was everything we could have wanted: a private, clean, lovely living space and secret garden to retire to after a great soak at East Heaven. Little things, such as Burt's Bees shampoo in the bathroom and marshmallows for toasting at the fire pit made the stay so wonderful. While walking around Northampton my husband and I decided we might need to make this place our summer getaway spot!

  • Kate's place is in a fantastic location, is super clean and delightfully appointed. The studio is comfortable, cozy, and charming. We loved all of the little details that showed how much Kate takes pride in the space. The patio was lovely, but since it rained, we didn't get to use it. We loved our stay!
