The Space

Our home, Casa360 is located between The Castro district and The Mission district and one block away from Dolores park with it's spectacular views of downtown San Francisco.  Stained glass window, keyless digital combination locks, and an amazing panoramic view of the historic Mission-Dolores basilica, the oldest mission in California.

This large studio apartment has a queen sized bed, a large sofa that converts into a very comfortable, high-end gel memory foam king sized bed (probably the most comfortable bed in our house), dining table, butcher block counters, wardrobe armoire, sink, microwave, toaster oven, two-burner hot plate, and small fridge. Full bath with toilet, sink, and glass shower. Guests have access to sunny back yard and can use our large capacity washer and dryer.  On-site management to help with any questions or cleaning needs. We love pets and are dog and cat friendly. My dog Mahalo lives on the first floor with me.
Public transportation 3 blocks or less from our place:  J-church train for easy access to downtown destinations, 33 Stanyan takes you to Potrero Hill, Castro-Eureka, and Haight-Ashbury districts, the 22-Fillmore runs to Dogpatch-Mission Bay, Pacific Heights, and Marina districts. The classic  F-Market historic streetcars will take you from Castro down to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 along Market street and the Embarcadero.  Travel to and from SFO and OAK airports is easy by BART to the 16th and Mission BART station and then catch either the 33 or 22 bus lines.  Parking is available in the neighborhood and a map of areas only 2 blocks away which do not have 2-hour parking limits is available upon request.  Driveway in front of the house can be used to load and unload vehicles. Large, on premise 18 foot long parking garage is available by reservation on a first come first serve basis.

Castro district is an easy 10 minute walk of only four blocks. Mission/Valencia district is also only four blocks away. Location is definitely one of the best parts of our home.

There are many restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, corner stores, and shopping areas within walking distance of our place.  We are located in a very sunny micro-climate area of San Francisco and experience the San Fran fog much less than most of the rest of the city.  Our neighborhood is very friendly, safe and clean. We look forward to meeting you and hope you enjoy your stay in our amazing city.

  • My stay at Casa 360 was great. The location was convenient and the view was lovely. Brandon left clear instructions for getting into the apartment.

  • My stay here was nice and trouble free. Safe and nice neighborhood close to a lot of activities. I came in for a last minute work trup and was pleasantly surprised about the closeness to a Muni stop (right outside) and the ease of getting in and out of the place. Would stay here again.

  • The place was really great, Brandon was helpful and everything was simple with him.
The view is lovely, the Studio has everything we needed and is well furnished. The bed was confortable, there is a dock soundsystem available, compatible with our cellular phones.
The situation is very convenient, close to Castro, Mission district and Dolores Park. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Transport was close and easy (Bus, Metro). We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this Studio !

  • Pristine, quite, comfortable studio. Perfect location, easy access to trams, buses, bart. Nice neighborhood, steps from the Dolores Park and a few blocks from effervescent Valencia street.

  • Lovely apartment. It's a great location, very clean and comfortable. Brandon has it very well set up with an electronic access code -- made it extremely easy to get in and out from the first day in.

The walls are thin and the neighbors upstairs were really loud / had stuff going on all hours of the night. I didn't mind enough to talk to them or ask them to keep it down -- so I guess maybe I can't really complain -- but the walls were thin enough that it didn't seem like it would make a difference. But lots of activity at 4 AM during the week, so bear that in mind.

All that said I would stay here again in a second. Really nice place!

  • This is an amazing studio unit. There is plenty of space with an unbelieveable view. It was very comfortable and, being on the back of the building, also very quiet. It's hard to beat the location, which is close to both Muni and BART but easy walking distance to the Castro area. There are also several convenient restaurants, coffee, shops, and stores just a couple of blocks away.

I will add that I usually find San Francisco to be cold everywhere I go, but the large radiant heater in the unit kept me nice and toasty every night.

This is the second time I have stayed with Brandon, and I cannot say enough about his hospitality. He made check-in a breeze and was very responsive to a couple of questions I had. I usually come to San Francisco to visit friends, but even when I am there on business I will most likely try and stay in this unit -- it would be worth the (very easy) trip downtown on Muni.

  • Brandon's Studio (unit 'C') was just perfect. Quite, yet just a few blocks away from the Castro bars and nightlife. Parking on the street was easy and free on weekends.

  • Great views from this lovely studio. The location is perfect if you want to see the mission or Castro. A couple blocks to birite, delfina, and so many other awesome things.
