Our third-floor condo is perched in a gorgeous, historic, 1880 Savannah townhome, overlooking idyllic Monterey Square, steps from Forsyth Park. Featuring a darling kitchen with space at the bar for a quick bite, cozy and inviting living room (with pull-out sofa!), spacious bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and all the Southern, old-world charm you could wish for! The location is in the heart of the Landmark Historic District and is the perfect homebase for your stay!

Welcome to our charming retreat in the heart of historic Savannah! Nestled within a beautifully restored 1880 rowhouse overlooking Monterey Square, our third-floor walk-up condo offers a truly immersive experience in one of the city's most iconic neighborhoods.

As you ascend the stairs to our cozy abode, you'll be greeted by the original "floating" stairwell and the antique chandelier that adorns the front foyer. For us...it's those historic details that make the space so special! Once you've made your way up to the third floor, step inside and prepare to be transported back in time while still enjoying modern comforts.The living room serves as a welcoming space to relax and unwind. Sink into the sofa or have an extra comfy movie night with the pull-out portion while enjoying your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Stay connected with Wi-Fi, or simply admire the view of the majestic live oak trees adorned with Spanish moss from the large windows.

Adjacent to the living area, you'll find our compact yet fully equipped kitchen. Despite its size, this culinary nook is mighty, boasting all the essentials you need to whip up a delicious meal. Pull up a seat at the bar seating for two and savor your creations while taking in the sights and sounds of the bustling streets below.

Retreat to the spacious bedroom after a day of exploration. Drift off to sleep in the comfort of the king-sized mattress adorned with crisp white linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. With ample storage space, you can unpack and make yourself at home during your stay. The en suite bathroom adds an extra touch of convenience, featuring all the necessities for your comfort.

While our condo offers a truly immersive Savannah experience, it's important to note that it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues due to the stairs. However, for those able to navigate the steps, the architectural details and historic charm make it well worth the climb!

The entire third-floor condo is all yours! It does have a private, coded entrance and is the only condo on the third floor of the building. This is a walk-up, so there will be other guests staying in the 2nd, 1st, and ground level condos.

Other things to note
Parking can be tricky in downtown Savannah! The parking options nearby are paid street parking, which can either be paid using the kiosks/meters, the Park Savannah App, or by purchasing a day pass from the city. We will share all the details regarding navigating parking with you upon booking! There are also some free parking options a few blocks away that we will also give you more info about!
