We reduced the price to $150/night (that includes taxes) for the entire summer and fall (through Dec. 20). That is a 20% savings!
If you are going to vacation on Kauai (or Hawaii in general), why wouldn’t you stay in a condo that overlooks the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean? This one-bedroom condo at the Wailua Bay View enjoys incredible views. Guests love to just sit on the lanai/balcony and watch the waves roll in. During the winter, this beach is a popular spot for surfers and kite surfers.
The condo is 740 square feet and includes a comfortable living room, full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and private lanai. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, which is very convenient for those planning stay for a longer period. The property has a nice heated pool that guests can relax by. You can also take advantage of the onsite BBQ area to grill up a nice dinner. The condo is also managed by a professional Hawaii vacation rental company that will take care of you during your stay.
Another popular reason the Wailua Bay View is so popular is the central location along the Eastern coast. Popular towns to visit on Kauai are Poipu to the south and Princeville to the north, and it only takes about 30 minutes to drive to each of these towns from Kapa’a, where this condo is located. You can also drive to restaurants and convenient grocery stores less than 8 minutes away.

I didn't ever meet Keith in person but he responded quickly by text whenever we had a question and the condominiums had an on-site manager. The condominium was well set up with a beautiful view of the ocean. The washer and dryer came in very handy as we we able to launder our dirty towels and clothes each night and the lanai had a great view of the ocean. Furnishing are very nice and the kitchen is fairly well equipped. Pool also very nice. Bed was fair-a little soft for my taste however I slept like a baby! The location is very central for exploring the whole island however Kapa'a was not our favorite part except for the convenience of the grocery stores etc.
The apartment Kapa'a Oceanfront Condo was okay. The images at Airbnb have promised something more than we have found, but everything about the apartment was satisfactory. In particular, the location overlooking the beach and the sea were very good. Wailua and Kapaa are dominated by tourism and are different from other places on the other islands.
