Staying at this home would allow you access to the 8 person jacuzzi and the outdoor patio and fireplace. Great space to chill out in San Diego and relax on the massive deck while soaking up some sun. It might be the reason we have been called Sun Diego!
Local grocery store within walking distance: Trader Joe's and Sprouts. Both are right across from each other. Also, Vons and Albertsons are a short drive. CVS Pharmacy is right next to Vons.
Every Tuesday, Pacific Beach has a local Farmers Market that is also a short walk from the house and beach too! Writeup about the Farmer's Market: Providing residents of and visitors to the communities of Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Bird Rock and beyond with incredible fruits, vegetables and farm-fresh eggs; fresh baked bread and pastries, fish, meat, cheese, fresh flowers, spices, olives and sauces. Meet local farmers, artists and craftspeople, shop for groceries while enjoying the live music and a bite to eat, and mingling with your neighbors. Every Tuesday, rain or shine.

There is plenty of street parking available in front of the house and across the street. Usually the street is not too crowded. Of course, once you stay here, you will not want to drive anywhere. Most everything could be walked to or is a short bike ride away. Even Tower 21's famous bar and view of the ocean is in walking distance.
Very close in driving distance: Downtown San Diego, Old Town San Diego and La Jolla. All about 5-10 minutes away.
To clean the home, I use environmentally-friendly cleaners and cleaning supplies in the home.
Free wireless access and HD Television in Room. This room has wood floors. It is very quiet for the perfect rest to get up early and hit the beach!
Very close to Mission Bay and Sea World as well. About a 5 minute drive to Sea World with the kids.
I do have dogs who are people and kid friendly. Please be considerate of them. They do not go into bedrooms or sit on furniture. They are very clean and trained by the dog trainers who train the San Diego Chargers pets.

Great hosts. All around. Even offered up free beers, beach towels, and blankets for their outdoor fireplace.
This was by far the nicest experience I had on Airbnb. The house was beautiful, spacious and spotless. Holly was there to welcome me but her mother Diane was my host throughout my stay. Diane is a lovely lady, the kind that that tells you wonderful stories, offers you a corona with lime and gives you in numerous tips of what to see and do. I had an incredible stay at Diane's 1940s home, just a few blocks from the beach front walk and close to delicious breakfast places, restaurants and conveniently located for shops, one stop laundry and also a very quite location. 5 out of 5 stars it was!
The place was exactly like described, and better. Holly's mom, Diane, was quite a host. She gave us a lot of instructions of what to do and eat and it was very satisfying to tell her all of our "adventures", like she said, at the end of the day. The two dogs are great, cute and really polite. The location is great too, really easy to find and very close to the beach. We would definitely recommend and come back when we have the chance.
This was a really lovely place to stay. Holly's house is great, beautiful outdoor space (my stay was too short to take advantage of it unfortunately!), lovely clean room with plenty of storage. Her mum was so friendly and a fountain of information about San diego which helped me make the most of my time there. Great location too and easy to find!
The place was just as displayed online. Diane (Holly's mom) was a great host and informed us about the area and all things Pacific beach... We had a quick trip and didn't thank our host because we left when she was gone but it was a wonderful stay. Easy location to the beach and the bikes were a huge plus for us! Thanks again.
