A 500 acre paradise for groups up to 25 wanting to retreat to the Hill Country to experience unforgettable sunsets, starry skies, campfires, vintage Airstreams, swinging beds, wildlife and wildflowers. You have the use of the dining barn, pavilion, 6 Airstreams, sleeping porch, bathhouse, fire-pit, and more...a truly magical place surrounded by large oak trees. Just 8 miles from Horseshoe Bay Resort and Marble Falls and 15 miles from Johnson City.

The space
The ranch has been in our family since 1929 and we are so thrilled to be able to share its magic and for you to experience the beauty that surrounds the camp site. You will have total access to all of the facilities which include a straw bale pavilion, dining barn, 6 vintage Airstreams, fully equipped bathhouse, screened in sleeping porch, outdoor showers, cook tent and camp fire pit. Guests always comment on the peacefulness and restorative nature of the ranch with so many unique places to kick back, relax and breathe the clean air. We have hosted several yoga and meditation retreats, friends and family reunions, birthday celebrations, and corporate retreats. Now more than ever it is the perfect place to restore and to reconnect with friends and family in a totally safe environment surrounded by beautiful wildlife and wildflowers. We no longer host weddings so please no wedding inquiries.

We have created two pricing tiers for glampers so that we can accommodate smaller groups as well as larger ones. The price for up to 12 guests is $750/night plus a $250 cleaning fee. There is a fee of $50/guest/night up to 17 guests. Since Airbnb allows us to book a maximum of only 16 guests we will send you a quote for 17 or more guests. For 18-25 guests the price is $1,050/night with a $300 cleaning fee. Certain holidays are slightly higher as noted on the calendar. Children under age 2 are not included in the guest count. Dogs are $25 per dog. A large stack of firewood is $75 (enough for large fires for two nights) and our Karaoke machine is $30 to rent.

We can also accommodate up to 5 additional campers or bring your own air-mattresses at $35/camper/night. The maximum guests we allow is 30. We do have one RV hook up that rents for $25/night but there is no septic or water hook up, only electrical.

PAVILLION - The large straw bale pavilion is situated so that there is always a southern breeze and is the perfect space for outdoor dining, dancing, or for yoga and meditation. It has an open kitchen and dining area and lots of intimate seating around an awesome fireplace. There is also a full bath and two outdoor showers.

DINING BARN - our dining barn has several seating areas, a pool table, large bar area (with small ice machine), TV and updated kitchen which is well equipped with staples, dishes, cookware, commercial stove and two refrigerators. It's the perfect place for families to cook and gather around the long dining table for memorable meals. There is also a full bath with a claw foot tub. It has central heat and AC if needed. The large doors open up to a central covered area where everyone can gather outside under the awning.

AIRSTREAMS - The vintage Airstreams are situated near the bathhouse and offer comfortable beds and privacy with each one having a personality of its own. They all have a mini fridge, heat and AC but there is no running water or septic hook-ups. Each one is just steps away from the dining barn bathroom or our new bathhouse that has two private toilets and showers with two covered outdoor sinks. Please see "bedrooms" for a breakdown of how many each one sleeps and pictures.

SLEEPING PORCH - our screened in sleeping porch is the most popular place for experiencing a memorable night of sleep on the queen sized swinging beds. You can see the moon and stars from your pillow and wake up to a gorgeous sunrise and chirping birds. There are clear roll down shades in case of cold weather or rain so you are protected from the elements. We provide electric blankets when it's cold and fans when it's warm. Even in the summer, most nights are cool enough to sleep on the porch.

BATH-HOUSE- Our newly added bath-house has two private showers, two toilets and two open air sinks and is just steps away from the sleeping porch and Airstreams. We provide bath towels and bed linens as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

COVERED COOK TENT - a popular hang out for grilling on the gas grill or a large three part open pit grill. You will need to bring charcoal and lighter fluid if you plan on grilling on the large pit.

CAMP FIRE SITE - the perfect place to reunite for hours of star gazing and and cooking s'mores and watching the deer and other wildlife.

STOCK TANK - our spring fed swim tank is a short mile away via car or bicycle. The large deck allows large groups to gather (there are two table with umbrellas) and is also great for watching shooting stars and listen to the wildlife. The tank is fed by a windmill so the water is safe, but healthy algae is present in some areas on the bottom of the tank. We have a few goldfish, too!

Guest access
Besides the Airstream camp area, pavilion, and dining barn, guests are welcome to walk to Eleven Oaks, which is a glorious group of very old live oaks estimated to be over 600 years old. It is a perfect place to curl up in a hammock to read or to wander around enjoying Mother Nature. We also have several great bicycles for you to ride to see the amazing things that she has to offer.

We also have an amphitheater type site approximately a mile from the facilities where guests can enjoy a spectacular view of the Hill Country. We previously hosted dozens of wedding ceremonies at this site which is a sea of bluebonnets in the Spring.

We can guarantee that Three Points is the ideal destination for nature lovers and those wanting to escape the city. From every vantage point of the camp site you can see acres of incredible oak trees and wide open spaces, breathe deep breaths and totally relax and rejuvenate.

Other things to note
We are located in Round Mountain, TX which is 8 miles from Marble Falls, 12 miles from Johnson City, and 45 miles from Fredericksburg and Enchanted Rock.
