The apartment is cozy and full of charm, with two bright rooms, both with access to the panoramic balcony. Downtown can easily be reached by bus in about 15 minutes and in the surrounding area you can find everything that you might need.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor and offers a beautiful view of the hills and the city.

Interaction with Guests
Me and my family live on the 3rd floor of the same building and you can always visit us. Also my husband has a newsstand across the street where you can go if you do not find us at home.
I live for 7 years in the district of Peretola and my husband was born here. We love the district, because it has not lost its authenticity, genuineness and friendliness typical of the Italian cities.
The village dates from the Middle Ages and Peretola consists of narrow streets , chapels, numerous courtyards around which the houses are arranged like in a typical rural settlement. Some of these courtyards date back to the fourteenth century! They are separated from the street through an archway or sometimes even covered by wooden beams.
Peretola was the place of origin of the Vespucci family, the famous navigator Amerigo was born here. In the old village is still well preserved the family home and the nearby airport is named after him.
Tommaso Masini was also born here, a friend and collaborator of Leonardo da Vinci. It is said that he was the reckless tester of the flying machine by Leonardo.
There are also some important monuments which are described in our guide.
The bus stop is right in front of the condo. There are two lines that both go in the center.
For those arriving by train at S.M. Novella station it is easy to take one of the two bus lines that will take you to the apartment in about 15 minutes.
For those arriving by car may park in front of the condo. The motorway exit Firenze Nord is near and allows you to get to the apartment without having to go into the traffic of the city.
The airport is easily accessible on foot. It takes about 10 minutes.
We will provide maps and descriptions to find the destination.
Even though we are private hosts, it is necessary to register our guests to the local authorities. We will therefore ask for your passport on your arrival that you will be returned within a few minutes.
Alternatively you can also send a copy of your document prior to your arrival or use our web check in which we have set up to facilitate the moment of your arrival. At the time of your booking we will sent you a link for the web check in.
Martina is helpful and welcoming. The apartment is clean, bright and the balcony faces the morning sun. The apartment is a 20 minute bus ride from the center of Florence and there is a bus stop next to the property. We enjoyed our stay.
We were really pleased with the gracious hospitality the owners of the apartment granted to us. First of all, our flight arrived too late, at 11 pm, so I was very worried to bother the owners family . Nevertheless husband of the hostess met us in the airport. The apartment is very pleasant: big living room, cosy bedroom, kitchen with all necessary kitchenware, balcony, and big bathroom with separated shower cabin and bath, that very unusual. The apartment is decorated with real Italian taste, although the hostess is a German. She is also a wonderful photographer - her travel photos very decorate the living room. Unfortunately we communicated only with husband of the hostess. He is a very helpful man. I recommend highly this apartment to all who intends to visit city of the art, Firenze.

The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and the apartment was exactly as described. Getting to the centre of the city was very easy and the view from the balcony was excellent. Martina and Luca are very warm people and treated us as if we were good friends. They were also very helpful when we needed last minute printing or advice. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Martina and Luca!
The room is really nice！Very comfortable and sweet. The terrace has a good view of mountains. Martina gave us a detailed guidance of the location of the house and well welcomed us. Quite an impressive experience. Hope to come again.
Nice apartment that comfortably fit the 3 of us. Martina was very nice and provided good advice on arrival. We loved the Nespresso machine also!
Martina è stata davvero gentilissima, anche prima del nostro arrivo ci ha fornito molte informazioni. L appartamento era molto carino e comodo e facilmente raggiungibile con il bus. Davvero una bella esperienza
