About this listing

The Vintage Apartment is situated close both to the city centre and Chopin Airport. It is spacious, sunny and stylish. I put a lot of effort and passion to arrange it in a modern style.
The surrounding area is full of greenery and amiable cafes and it provides convenient public transport to the centre of Warsaw, Łazienki Park and the Old Town

The space

Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a pre-war building established in 1929. It has a beautifully renovated facade, an old, original staircase and a green and well - kept yard. The 86 m2 apartment consists of three rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is no lift but the views and light compensate this inconvenience.
The apartment is double-sided and very quiet. The windows on one side overlook the yard, on the other , a little Zapolska street with a panorama on the Old Ochota , one of the oldest and most charming Warsaw’s districts.
Two balconies enable some rest in the open air, you can enjoy breakfast or coffee in spring and summer or just relax after sightseeing or work.
When it comes to the interior, I did my best to preserve the most beautiful elements typical for the old tenement houses and combine them with contemporary design.

Guest access

At your disposal are:
a 25 m2 living room with two sofas and a table
a 20m2 bedroom with a double bed 160cm 200 cm a 8 m2 little room ideal for relax or work
a bathroom
a fully equipped kitchen ( without a dishwasher)

Interaction with guests

Because we offer the apartment while we are away, you can contact us by e-mail or phone. During your stay you will meet either my mother or our friend who will give the keys and tell you about the apartment.

The neighborhood

The Old Ochota district is located close to the city centre and at the same time it is full of green areas. Sue Ryder Park is just within 2-minute walk from my place and it takes 10 minutes to get to Pole Mokotowskie Park.

Getting around

There is a direct and rapid transport to the house both from the airport and the city centre or the Central Railway Station. You can also get by bus to the Old Town, Nowy Świat and Krakowskie Przedmieście streets, the Opera House, the Palace of Science and Culture and many other historical monuments or museums.

Other things to note

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Smokers are asked to smoke on the balcony.
Because of allergy we do not accept pets.
Loud parties and meetings should be avoided for the sake of our neighbours’ peace and quiet.
Between 22 pm and 7am you are to respect lights out.
When you leave the place, even for a short time, please close all the windows. Weather in Poland is changeable and we wouldn’t like to have the apartment flooded by rain.
In case of any malfunction, breakdown or doubts of how to use the appliances please phone us. We are always ready to help !;)

Most of the reviews you will read concerns the time when I rented one room while the other one was occupied by my tenant Janusz. Back then I often traveled to Madrid. Now I frequently stay in Madrid with my partner and we decided to rent the whole apartment while we are abroad.
About us:

I am also a dedicated traveller and explorer of new places, people and local cuisine. I speak Polish,English,Spanish and a little Italian :)
