Nice and cozy 1 bedroom apartment near the Plaza of the Museum of Fine Arts. It has 1 double bedroom with large fitted wardrobe, bathroom with bath, kitchen with all appliances and spacious lounge, bright and comfortable.
The apartment is very very quiet and great demand due to its location as its equipment and tranquility.
The strength of this apartment in addition to the tranquility it is a typical courtyard filled with potted flowers and fountains as well. There are benches where you can sit down for coffee, reading or watching the stars at night.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA-Museo Bellas Ates
The apartment is located in a prime area of Old Seville. Next to the Plaza del Museo de Bellas Artes, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. Surrounded by houses, squares and churches, we emphasize the importance of this part of Seville because it offers more authentic and less tourism than other parts of the old town, not to mention the proximity to the major sights and attractions.
Guests are less than 5 minutes from the shopping area and famous of Seville: La Campana, Tetouan and Sierpes street, El Corte Inglés ... and the main monuments like the Cathedral, the Giralda, Barrio Santa Cruz, or Plaza Spain are about 10 minutes.
From the apartment you can easily reach the area of the Guadalquivir River, the Isla Mágica theme park, Triana neighborhood and the bus station Plaza de Armas. Just 8 minutes walk from the Alameda, alternative and bohemian area of Seville, known for its many terraces and gay-friendly bars.
Although central, the apartment is in a very quiet, so you'll have a relaxing stay safe. On Sundays you can visit the market of painters in the Museum Plaza, the city where artists exhibit and sell their work. Many of the best tapas in Seville are in this area. We can make some recommendations as a Bar Eslava, or Boreas, 50m from apartment.
Modern decor and lively atmosphere, with colorful walls, in addition to the excellent location of this apartment make it one of the most popular in the area.
A few meters away you can find all types of local shops, greengrocers, bakers, etc.
This apartment is ideally located for visits by Sevilla throughout the year and even more to visit Seville during Semana Santa and Feria de Abril in Seville because it allows you to enjoy these times and live them from close by location

Pepe was a great host. He walked us around the neighbourhood on our arrival so that we knew where to find the supermarket, ATM, good bars / restaurants, and public transport. This location was great to get to know the heart of Sevilla, with historic monuments and shopping areas all at walking distance. We felt safe and loved the apt's charming interior Sevillian patio, and appreciated getting a taste of Seville "from the inside out." The wifi worked great! Pepe was only a phone call away for any question or concern during our entire stay.
My family and me enjoyed our stay in the appartment, everything was as described and fine. The appartment is very clean and quiet, which was important for us, because we stayed there with our baby. Pepe was helpful and gave us support with things we needed. He answered always quickly, when we had any question.
It was a lovely apartment with everything we needed provided, very quiet, with two courtyards between you and the street outside. There are some lovely tapas bars nearby, which are far less touristy and overpriced than other more central options. Pepe was a great host, very friendly, helpful and informative.
We had a great stay at Pepe's apartment. The place was clean and tidy, and the location was set in a beautiful and quiet courtyard.
We were lucky to stay during the Feria, and Pepe gave us lots of wonderful advice, including a fantastic breakfast recommendation.

Recomendamos muito o apartamento. Além do Pepe ser um ótimo anfitrião, o apartamento é super bem cuidado e limpo. A localização é excelente, faz-se tudo a pé. O prédio é super silencioso, não há barulho para dormir.
We had a lovely stay in Pepe's apartment. The location was perfect, in a very cute neighborhood near museo Bella artes and not a far walk from shopping and the cathedral. The apartment complex is a bit loud at times (the neighbors) but very secure and set back from the street. Pepe was super nice and took us on a tour of the neighborhood when we arrived. He also had some groceries waiting for us and fresh flowers. Overall a great experience!
Review of Pepe for AirNB
Pepe is a wonderful host! He picked us up from the airport, took us food shopping since the next day the shops were closed being Sunday. He took us on a walking tour of the neighbourhood. He gave us the name of an excellent tour guide we enjoyed touring with very much. Pepe is helpful in every way, translating Spanish to English, pointing out things to do in Sevilla and although he lives an hour outside of town is always available by phone or email. If you come to Sevilla consider Pepe as a host, he’ll make yor stay special.
