Great flat in the heart of the Quartier Latin of Montreal. A fes steps away from the Place des Arts, Le Plateau. This place is just around the corner from the famous St Denis and St Catherine streets. The subway is just a block away (Station Berri UQAM) and so is the bus station.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a classic old building typical of the old Montreal. You don't have to go too far to find the action! The best thing is that it is located on a rather quiet street so you can also just relax.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen and a large living room. There is a space for a car at the back of the building so you can leave it there safely and just walk everywhere. Internet is also available.
The best spot for your stay in lovely Montreal.
Respect the place, leave it clean and do not steal
Our stay at Yoann's home was great. The place was clean, spacious, and very artistic. Yoann was very prompt to answer my questions and was flexible with late check in and check out. The location was close to bars, restaurants, and was only a ten minute walk to the metro. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely rent from him again.
Even if we arrived the next day due to snowstorm, Yoann accomodated us to have someone give us the keys.
Apt was nicely located close to St Denis street.
Be aware that the parking spot is hard to access when there is snow.
Apt was a bit cold at first (but the weather was freezing!)
No issues whatsoever, perfect for summer weekend in Montreal.
Yoann has a terrific place here. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to loads of great stuff to see. Close to supermarkets and convenience stores, as well. Inbetween sight-seeing it's easy to relax in this unique and cosy space. Definitely recommend!
The flat is spacious and comfortable. Travelling with our 3-year-old, we were looking for somewhere that would be a cozy home-away-from-home for all of us, and centrally located so that we could easily walk to shops, restaurants, etc. Everything was perfect. We especially appreciated that our hosts were willing to accomodate our travel dates, at such a busy time for many people (we arrived in the evening on Christmas day). Everything was very well arranged and explained, including having people at the flat to greet us (while the hosts were travelling), detailed instructions on how to access the parking spot, and how to leave the flat ready for the next guests.
Everything was exactly as I expected from what I read in the descriptions and reviews! My best friend from college and I decided to go on a weekend trip to Montreal. My friend is super picky and she loved the place! She said her bed was comfy and that she could live there. Check in and check out were easy. Everything about the apartment was fantastic. It is a very charming and cozy space. We walked everywhere. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to mount royal, st denis, st. catherine, and old montreal. We took a cab a couple of times at night. They are easy to flag down.
The apartment is a wonderful place to stay in Montreal! It's spacious and comfortable with a fun, creative decor. The location is fantastic, facing a quiet street but right around the corner from the vibrant restaurants and shops of St. Denis and the Latin Quarter. The included parking space is a great perk, as it makes it easy to drive to other parts of Montreal and then return home without any hassle about searching for parking. (Getting into and out of the parking area is tight but not at all a problem.) Yoann was easy to work with and available to answer questions. Though our schedules didn't line up to meet in person, we communicated easily by email and phone and everything went smoothly with our stay.
I stayed at Yoann's place for F1 weekend and it was great. Amazing location, 2min walk to everything bars, clubs, restaurants. Yoann was Very accommodating with check in and check out, and the place is very nice, clean and cozy!
I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
