Great flat in the heart of the Quartier Latin of Montreal. A fes steps away from the Place des Arts, Le Plateau. This place is just around the corner from the famous St Denis and St Catherine streets. The subway is just a block away (Station Berri UQAM) and so is the bus station.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a classic old building typical of the old Montreal. You don't have to go too far to find the action! The best thing is that it is located on a rather quiet street so you can also just relax.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen and a large living room. There is a space for a car at the back of the building so you can leave it there safely and just walk everywhere. Internet is also available.
The best spot for your stay in lovely Montreal.

We had an excellent stay in yoann's place. Very close to a public transport, bars and restaurants. Well heated, peaceful and spacious. A very homely place!
Yoann was a pleasant host. Nice place & convenient location but overpriced. Towels were very thin and old. Parking spot at back is fine if you have a small car otherwise its quite hard to get in and out.
Yoann is a very nice guy, but I feel that the price paid to stay relative to what it was, was over priced..
Tout s'est très bien passé, l'appartement est très bien situé, bien meublé et pratique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Everything went great, the location is great and the appartment is well furbished and practical. An excellent stay.
The location was perfect. A block away from the metro station as well as Saint Denis. About a 10min walk from St. Catherines. The house was perfect too, all the amenities we needed!
The location is just great! Close to everything.
When we got there, the place and sheets weren't cleaned. I communicated with Yoann and he tried to fix the situation. He couldn't get ahold of the cleaning lady, so we had to clean ourselves. He waived the cleaning fee to the total amount.
This was a great deal in a super location. Our host was so gracious waiting for us after our train was delayed over an hour (and answered many questions by text in advance.) This manages to be a private and relaxing flat, at the same time near all the action of the Latin Quarter. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Near a Presse Cafe for morning coffee and pastries and convenient restaurants right around the corner. Plus WiFi and a washer/dryer for our use. We saved so much over a hotel that we were able to splurge on Montreal Jazz Fest tickets. We had considered staying in the Old Port but found it very "touristy" and glad to stay in more of a neighborhood. To be expected near a university, there was a noisy (and sometimes inebriated) student population on the streets Fri and Sat night. Metro close by. (Don't know if this is a Montreal thing -- a couple of our cab drivers had no idea how to get to various addresses and we had to pull out maps and direct them. Or they'd get sort of in range and say "Is this OK?" to drop us off a block or two from our destination.)
Great location, near lots of action. Open kitchen/living room made for a good relax and talk location. Having a parking spot was very helpful.
Yoann and Clarise could not have been better hosts, we were delayed a few hours and Clarise was there to meet us, show us around, and even gave us two re loadable metro cards. The flat was in a perfect part of town, a quick walk to the metro and lots of delicious places to eat.
Yoann and Clarise are very friendly, nice hosts. The apartment is very large and the location was absolutely fantastic for our MUTEK plans.
