We do not see Julian's assessment but we got a warning from Airbnb that he gave 3 on accuracy, 3 for the primary layout and 1 for cleanliness. The apartment is renovated after publishing images and actual situation is even better than in the photos. I would like to know what exactly did we described wrong. As for the air conditioning, there is air condition in he apartment with the additional charge. Now I see that it does not show on the Airbnb's page, and it is my fault that I did not put in the apartment description. But if Julian had asked for air conditioning he would have get it for free. Whenever there is some misunderstanding we come to solve it so the customer is satisfied. Television works without problem. If the image is jumping it can be two reasons: one is that Julian has not switched to AV2, or that the scart cable has disconnected, both are easily solvable, if we are worn about it. As for cleanliness I am especially disappointed with this assessment. This is simply not true. We pay special attention to the cleanliness of the apartment. I do not know which part of the floor it was tacky. Tiles in the apartment were cleaned with universal floor cleaner Ajax. I'm sorry if he did not not like it, but also if he had told us about the problem, we would have emidiatly clean the floor again by his request.
