Welcome to Rivers Edge Retreat, a luxurious private sanctuary on the Spokane River. Spanning over 4,000 sq ft, this stunning residence comfortably hosts up to 12 guests with 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 elegant bathrooms. The home features breathtaking views and ample space for relaxation. Step outside to discover your own private paradise, complete with serene landscape, private dock, and inviting fire pit. This retreat has everything you need to enjoy a family vacation year after year!

The space
Guests have access to the main home, featuring over 4,000 sq ft of living space, spanning over 3 levels. A great property for large families and groups, everyone has a place to sit and relax without feeling crowded.

The Main Floor - features a large living room, formal dining room, large open kitchen, 2nd dining room, and 2 sliding glass doors taking you out onto the large deck.

Downstairs - features another 2 living rooms with ample seating, a game nook, laundry room, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms.

Upstairs - features a Master Suite with spa bathroom, a workplace with desk & chairs, 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom.

Backyard - features a large deck off the main floor with propane BBQ, dining table, 2 umbrellas, and lounging furniture. Walking down the stairs, you're greeted with beautiful lush green grass & landscaping all the way to the private dock, built in fire pit area, and sun lounging deck. On either side of the dock, you have concrete stairs that lead you into the shallow waters for a perfect swim.

Guest access
Guests have access to the main home, featuring over 4,000 sq ft of living space, spanning over 3 levels. A great property for large families and groups, everyone has a place to sit and relax without feeling crowded.

Guests will receive access to the Main home, storage shed for bicycles, paddle boards, & kayaks.

Guests will receive a front door code to use during their stay.
