when you exit the central station you go ahead untill the first crossover there you go to the right and follow the road untill you hit a canal cross that one and go left and first right. that is the Haarlemmerstraat . follow that street untill half way you will see on the left corner the blue dutch supermarket; Albert Heijn on that corner you take a right, with the water on your right hand , go under the road, squash city on your lefdt , just follow the water untill you see the blue gate on the terras of "Bickers aande werf" restaurant . that is the entrence of the harbor.
There is no free parking in the area as it is in the city centre . and the parking is like €5,- per hour . we can bring your car close to my house in Amsterdam North where is free parking . but we have to arrenge that With Jacob who do most of the times the check in with you . he can also bring you and your car away to a good spot.

leave the boat as you find it . no smoking in the bedrooms . turn of the gas bottle. and the electricity and the heatings system thermosstaat low ( as it runs on Petrol), everytime you leave the boat.
I loved staying on this boat. Tiffany was waiting for us when we arrived and was friendly and pleasant whilst showing us around. The boat was very clean, safe and quiet at night...it was hard to believe there were crowds and bustle not far away at times. Still, it is an easy walk into the centre. Thanks!
I can recommend this boat for a visit to Amsterdam, great position for exploring the city, and easy to find and walk to from Central (email hidden)s are helpful and friendly.
Very nice stay on this old boat... it's a different way of travelling, we really enjoyed it and kids where very happy and enthusiastic.
The boat is situated in a harbour very close to city center and close to a lot of very nice restaurants, fancy shops and antic shops. We loved it and will definitely do it again soon. Boat has everything we needed for the stay.
What an amazing way to to see Amsterdam, the boat was in a perfect location to easily walk to everything and Tiffany could not have been a better host, already planning our return trip.
We enjoyed our recent stay on Taco and Tiffany's houseboat. Tiffany was accommodating and agreed to meet us when our train arrived. She was waiting for us on the boat when we got there. The boat is only a short distance from the train station and is located on a quiet dock/neighborhood. The boat is authentic, comfortable and clean. Our children loved staying on a houseboat and especially enjoyed the wood stove. We were close enough to Amsterdam attractions that we could walk or take a nearby tram or bus. This was a great way to experience Amsterdam!
