This second floor apartment in a historic building from 1900 has been beautifully remodeled. A spacious place with a large master bedroom which has a king size bed with windows overlooking Main Street of Cannon Falls. In the living room there are two sleeper sofas to allow for additional sleep options to accommodate 4 overnight guests.
The apartment has a full kitchen and dedicated work space.
Enjoy the spacious walk-in shower and refined bathroom.

The space
The apartment is accessed up a flight of stairs (street side entrance). A large, spacious floor plan with French doors leading to the master bedroom. Two sleeper sofas allow for additional guests. (maximum 4 guests in total).

Guest access
This luxury apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a building from 1900 which was originally a bank. The entire apartment will be available to guests. On the first floor there is a retail store (Swan and Bower) so the owner will always be close by should guests need assistance.

A review notes the stairs are steep. We have never received this feedback from others. There is no excessive pitch. The building was originally built in 1900 with high ceilings. So the staircase is tall- 17 steps. The average home in the USA has 13-19 steps.

Other things to note
Guest's pets are not allowed.
This is a luxury apartment above a retail store.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

Our family cat lives in the apartment when the AirBnB is not booked. While the cat is never present during guest stays, and we keep it out of the bedroom, we like to mention it for anyone with sensitivities to pet allergens.
