Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Everyone in my family of five loved this apartment! (My family: one senior, two adults, two older teenagers.) The apartment and photos are very much as advertised. The bedrooms were a little larger than expected and had plenty of options for storing and hanging clothes. We especially appreciated the air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms (things cooled down quickly) and the rainfall shower option (one of three settings) in the two bathrooms. (No problems for us with running out of warm water by the way - and we all showered within the space of a couple of hours on more than one occasion.) We also liked the very large living room, where everyone could gather in the morning before setting out to see the sights and then comfortably relax in the evening while telling each other about the day's adventures. There was competition, however, for sitting in the modern chaise lounge, which was far more comfortable than it looks! We also took advantage of the washer (and appreciated the fact that we didn't have to run out to buy detergent for it) and stored food in the refrigerator and freezer (both of which worked well). Though we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen seems well equipped for it. We took several of our meals at a restaurant in Campo di Fiori - from the first night we were on a first-name basis with several staff members and that made us feel right at home in the neighborhood.

This was my very first booking with Airbnb and everything went very well, as advertised, from the moment I first contacted Federico, who responded quickly and efficiently to my emails and telephone calls, though I never actually met him. We arrived very late for our check-in and Jasmine was the one who gave us a thorough walk through of the apartment. She was very pleasant and helpful with details about the immediate area. Before she left us, we agreed to meet with her for our checkout but she didn't show up at our agreed upon time. This didn't turn out to be a problem though, as in the end Frederico's other associate told us to simply leave the keys in the apartment so we could be on our way to catch our flight. Overall, I'm very happy to recommend Airbnb, Federico and his staff, and the apartment in Monserrato. If your experience is anything like my own, you will not be disappointed.

  • This place was perfect. Perfect location, awesome, modern loft and wonderful experience all around. It's in the best neighborhood and very close to the action, but on a quiet street.

Diego was so friendly and made our transition so easy - we felt immediately at home and didn't want to leave. There were four of us who stayed for 5 nights (2 couples) and it was absolutely perfect - we were actually so thrilled at every aspect of the place and our location in Campo. The place could easily accommodate six comfortably since we didn't use the other room. If I ever come back to Rome (and hope its soon) I would not hesitate to rent this same place.
