As I frequent traveller with airbnb and a fan of Ukraine I will stick to facts:
I booked this plat in the very last minute, so I couldn't ckeck out well the description, but the area is my favourite.
- "woman" accepted the booking, though I had to call her to make first contact.
- in this flat you need to collect the keys from a different flat, 20 min walk at least, if you arrive after 6 pm (terrible if you have luggage, which sie told me I must carry through the city)
- she called two more times, really bad mannered, to inquire if I had "really" paid the money (as if we had something to do with the payments as guests) and next one to ask me in the same tone of voice when I was leaving the next day.
That's not all: I just stayed the night and the moring after the cleaning lady agreed to call a taxi for me, which never arrived. After almost 30 minutes waiting (panicking, for I was sure I would lose my flight) I called the "woman" to help me, as the cleaning lady didn't speak English. Amazingly she said "so what do want me to do?" what really made me angry. Thank God I found a taxi in the street (of course much more expensive) and the airline kindly allowed to check in late.
Do not book this flat, this is a great area but the place is much older than it looks, floors smell really badly, there are some weird sounds of lose electricity contacts near the bathroom ! some drunk people and beggers have acces to this place (doors open overnight) and the price is far too high for what it offers. And of course the lack of manners of this person is impressive, but you know, s*** happens. I imagine she will come up with some story to answer this.
