Welcome to our charming 1 bedroom apartment in the historic Memphis Merchants’ & Cotton Exchange Building, located in the heart of Downtown, next to Court Square Park! Our fully furnished apartment offers the perfect blend of location, comfort, and affordability with flexible and affordable weekly and monthly rates. Our prime location puts you in walking distance of the city's top attractions including Beale Street, the Bass Pro Pyramid, and the National Civil Rights Museum.

Guest access
As a guest, you will have access to the entire apartment during your stay. You will have private and exclusive use of the living room, the kitchen, the bedroom, and the bathroom. Guests will also have access to the building's common areas such as the coin-laundry room, elevators, & stairways. Our guests will have their own set of keys and/or access codes, so they can come and go as they please. The building has an Office Attendant after 11pm, but the lobby door has a PIN pad for access.

Other things to note
As far as parking, there are 3 options:
(1) Metered Street Parking: Street parking meters run 8 am- 6pm and cost $1.50/hour (free on Sunday & holidays). If you find a spot near the building, it’s free from 6pm to 8am everyday.

(2) Premium Parking Garage:
- 21 South Second Street (next to building): $26/ day. Can pay per license plate online.

(3) Parking Lot: there is a large parking lot right across the building. It offers hourly and daily parking. The daily cost is $15/day. Central parking is located at 157 Court Avenue
