The upper-level unit welcomes you with 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a stackable washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for creating memorable meals. The lower-level unit mirrors this comfort with 2 stylish bedrooms (one with an extra roll away twin bed), 2 bathrooms, a laundry area, and a well-appointed kitchenette, equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop and toaster oven, offering just what you need for light cooking. Guest access
Guests are able to access all areas of the property with the exception of the garage and several storage closets that are used for host storage. Both the garage and storage closets must remain locked at all times.

The driveway can accommodate at least two cars. If the cars are smaller, it may be possible to fit 4 cars in the driveway; however, we love our neighbors and want to be respectful, so it is never permissible to block the sidewalk. There is always plenty of free street parking directly in front of the house.

Other things to note
Kansas City mural in progress on the back patio! Recently upgraded 2 of the beds from Queens to Kings for additional comfort!

Guests are welcome to use the outdoor firepit but will need to provide their own firewood.

Please keep in mind that the home is conveniently located within the urban core of Kansas City in what is typically a low-crime area. As with any large city, experiences can vary from block to block, and like in any urban area, practicing general safety awareness is recommended to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Neighborhood highlights

The home is located in the Historic Northeast area, on the border of the Scarritt Renaissance and Pendleton Heights neighborhoods, which feature many beautiful mansions built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The area has seen a tremendous amount of rejuvenation and redevelopment over the past 5-10 years.

We've lived in the neighborhood the past 5 years and love the diversity and sense of community, as well as the beautiful parks, the Kansas City Museum (0.5 miles northeast of the property), and the lovely coffee shops.
