Lake Access: Like many homes on Lake Lanier, the walk to the water is on a sloped, natural path with several steps. While the path is well-maintained, it may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility concerns.
* Dock Maintenance: A local dock watch company occasionally moves our dock to adjust for changing water levels. It is possible they may be briefly on-site during your stay to perform this service.
Quiet Hours: Our home is in a peaceful community with full-time residents. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 11 PM to 7 AM. We love a good day of fun, but evenings are for unwinding with family and friends. No large gatherings or parties, please.

Check out time is 11am.
We believe the cleaning fee covers most of the work, so we’ve kept the checkout list short and clear—no surprises! You’ll also receive a digital guidebook with home instructions and checkout info to make your departure easy.
Before you go, we kindly ask that you:
Secure kayaks and remove any trash from the dock and patio areas
Clean the grill and tidy the patio if used
Bag all trash, including fridge items, and place in the outdoor bins
Move trash to the curb Thursday evening for Friday pickup
Start the dishwasher
Double-check for personal belongings
