About this listing
My apartment is part of an old building, a typical sevillian construction, completely renovated one year ago. There are only seven apartments, and all of them lead to a typical patio, with lots of plants and flowers. The street is pedestrian, very quiet, for resting without noises.
From the top, you can see an amazing view of Seville and it is a very good place for drinking a beer at sunset, when the temperature is really nice.
There is wifi, that you will use since your arrive.
In your room you will find towels, soap, shampoo and anything you could need for your personal hygiene.
Interaction with Guests
When you get to the apartment I will give you a set of keys and a map and I will explain you Seville’s best places for tapas, flamenco and I will answer all your questions.
The street is pedestrian, that’s why it is very quite. Also, the apartments lead to the inner patio. There are no noises coming from the street, perfect for resting.
The nearest parking is called “Escuelas Pías”.It costs 20,50 € per day.
If you come from the airport, there is a bus from the airport to Santa Justa Train Station every 20 minutes. From the train station you only need to walk along José Laguillo street as far as the end, turn on the left, and the second street on the right is Puerta Osario. There is a bar with the same name “Puerta Osario”. On the wall of this bar, you will read the name of my street “Leoncillos”. You only need to find number 6 (on the left). You will read my name on the entry system, 1º B.
The most important rule at home is that you have to enjoy without disturbing anybody.
It is not allowed to bring anybody in the house, unless you tell me in advance.
My home is environmentally friendly, and I would like my guests to be the same. Specially with the electricity and water and recycling. For this purpose, there are different bins.
Although you are not allowed to smoke in the apartment, but there is an ashtray in the patio.
I had a very nice and relaxed stay at Maria's appartment. She came to the apartment to give me the keys, a tour through the appartment and also some tips about where to go in Sevilla.
The apartment is rather small, but very nice and clean and Maria is kind and helpful. So I would totally recommend to stay there if you need a perfectly located clean small room in Sevilla!
Maria was excellent. When I arrived, she gave a run through of her apartment, things to see, and places to eat along with a map. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. It was cool even though the weather was hot outside. Wifi worked well. Her apartment was in a good location for sightseeing. I would recommend her to anyone visiting Seville.
María José was welcoming and informative with an introduction to the city straight away and a good map so I could make the most of my time. I had my own space and everything I needed. Her flat is as in the photos and is clean and well situated. I really enjoyed staying in a typical small street in Sevilla. María José offered me the use of her account for free use of the public bikes which I used a lot over the 3 days! Thank you!
Maria Jose was a very hospitable host and she will tell you where to go for tapas etc if you ask her. house was very clean, bed fair in comfort. area was great, a bit posh actually, with an American style cupcake shop around the corner. hood still has the old world flavor with the tiny alleys of the centro without being too touristy. sometimes it did feel like a bit of a hike from barrio Santa Cruz - like 15 min walk- but may be would be shorter if you were more familiar with the meandering streets! (watch out for the dog poop!)only thing is both times I took showers the hot water only seemed to last a short while which may not be a recurring problem but worth noting.

About the Host, María José
Welcome home. I love languages and I speak English. So, I can help you during your stay in Seville.
