Be A Good Neighbor! Please remember that you are staying in private apartment in a residential building in very close proximity to full time residents for which this is their home. Your neighbors are not on vacation and may not be keeping your hours as they have a work schedule to maintain.
Out of respect for your neighbors, please follow these rules:
• Please do not slam the doors.
• When the windows are open, keep your voices down and do not play the TV or stereo at a high volume.
• Please talk quietly in the hallway and other common areas.
• Be careful that your suitcase does not bang into the walls when using the stairs.
• When going in or out, make sure you always close the doors of the building.
• Refrain from using the washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, or dishwasher between 9 pm and 9 am.
In general, the French are quite particular about noise and privacy, especially in their homes. Please make every effort to respect your neighbor’s privacy and tranquility. We thank you and your Parisian neighbors will thank you!
Pas de remarques particulières. Nous avons eu l'appartement dans les temps sans problème. Emplacement excellent. Appartement conforme à la description et en bon état. Literie pas super confortable mais sinon le reste super. Je recommande.
Quiet, clean studio apartment. Fantastic location, everything is in a walking distance and the Marais neighbourhood is a jewel if you're into small shops, bistros and falafels.
Karim was very accommodating, polite and pleasant host.
The location is ideal and the apartment itself is pleasant to be in - a little smaller than it looks in the pictures, but still very comfortable, with a wide view, so that you don't feel confined. Karim is very pleasant and accommodating - and was very nice about being flexible with the departure time. So, all in all it's a good deal. There are a some things that need to be fixed - it would be nice if the sliding doors to the closet and the bathroom would stay in their tracks, for example - but if that and a few other minor problems get taken care of, it's really a great place.
Karim is great and very friendly host. The apartment was clean with everything we need, location is great and convenient. Highly recommended.
