The space
PRIVATE:
-12x8 ft tiny house with full-size bed, fresh linens, windows (and curtains) on all sides.
-basic kitchenette with mini fridge, induction electric hot plate, tea kettle + coffee pour over. Minimal cookware, ground coffee, hand soap, dish soap + kitchen towels provided.
NOTE: The kitchenette's sink is operated by a foot-pump. It provides room-temperature potable water. You can make hot water by heating it in the tea kettle on the hot plate.
SHARED BATHROOMS
-You will journey to the main pink house to use the shared indoor bathroom + shower (towels, washcloths, shampoo + body soap provided).
-There is also a shared composting toilet outhouse in the backyard for guest use.

-Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $30. You MUST inform me in advance that you will be bringing pet(s). I will need you to read and agree to our pet-specific information so that our expectations are aligned and to protect the safety and well-being of your pet!
-Our property is 1 acre and contains 4 tiny houses, 1 two-bedroom house and a few small outbuildings. It's like a little neighborhood! We also have 3 neighbors that live close by.
-Profits go toward caring for the land and the daily operations of the homestead. Our focuses for 2025 include caring for 2 gardens, upgrading pathways and adding fruit trees. Thank you so much for your contributions to our Earthy art project! We really appreciate it!

-We have an indoor/outdoor cat and dog. You may see them in the main pink house or roaming freely in the yard. Also a few playful (not dangerous) neighbor dogs may visit our yard from time to time.
-During your stay, there could be 0-6 guests on the property. All residents and visitors are expected to follow the house rules. The hosts are here to ensure a happy + peaceful environment for all :)!
-We provide: pillows, sheets, blankets, dish soap, hand soap, dish cloths, hand towels, ground coffee, essential kitchen cookware & utensils, toilet paper, body soap, shampoo, washcloths + bath towels.
Blue Cube Specific...
-Plan to bring your own laptop in order to watch shows or movies. There is not a TV in this tiny house.
-The water for the tiny house is room temperature potable tap water in a 5 gallon jug and operated with a foot pump. The water in the main pink house is potable Beattyville city water. We have a Berkey filter in the main pink house kitchen that you are welcome to get filtered drinking water from.
-The Blue Cube accommodates 1-2 guests and 1-2 vehicles. If you have more people in your party ask about extra guest fees. You will probably be more comfy renting an additional tiny house from us!
