We stayed at Aquin's apartment earlier this month for 6 nights and had a fantastic stay! The place was modern, well equipped and close to everything! Aquin was quick to assist whenever we had any enquiries and was very helpful. We would definitely recommend Aquin and her apartment to anyone and we can't wait to return next year! Thank you again!
The reservation was canceled 58 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
My first experience with airbnb was this past week in Hong Kong. I was using Lonely Planet as my guide in order to find a great area to stay. Soho was recommended and I looked on airbnb for a Soho apartment. Found one, it fell through and then I found 8 Shelley Street. Well I knew I was in the area I wanted but had no idea I had hit the bulls-eye. Bam! The apartment was perfectly situated and was *exactly* as advertized. Clean, efficient and comfortable. It was a completelty enjoyable experience and I recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Soho. I also highly recommend the laundry services recommended by the owner. First rate, fast and cheap! We stayed 5 nights and did not have any issues with noise but then again, we are sound sleepers. Communication with the owner was very good indeed and any question I had was answered quickly and effectively. Many thanks for a most enjoyable rental experience!
The room looks like the pics. Very clean and comfortable. The location is good for us to have fun. Aquin is very responsive and helpful. Thx for hosting. ;)
The apartment was better than we could imagine, it was really fabulous, as names. Very comfortable, clean, nice furniture. Most convenient location that could be, it is in the heart of Hong Kong european night life, but still pretty quiet. Plenty of bars nearby, a good grocery store, 7 eleven, fitness, a couple of restaurants. Aquin, thank you very much! It is the best place to stay in.
We traveled and stayed in this apartment as a group of 3. It is really simplistic yet really cozy apartment that is very ideal for couples or working expats. The fold out couch did not turn out to be very comfortable though - from my personal experience of sleeping on it for 3 nights. Other than that, it is extremely convenient and liveable place to stay in. Aquin had also been really responsive and helpful in answering out queries and provide necessary assistance. Will surely be back to stay again next time!
Clean and comfortable. Right in the middle of the expat bar area. 30 seconds away from great beer on tap and plenty of pub grub.
Also handy to central pier and metro if you want to travel to the islands for seafood or Causeway Bay for great Cantonese food.
Great little pad for a fun holiday.
A cozy, perfectly appointed and located apartment in Soho. Place is comfortable and easy to find. Our host could not have been more helpful with logistics, directions etc. We would definitely stay here again!
We stayed in Aquin's flat for one night. A lot of thought and love was put in this flat. It is clean, beautifully designed and well equipped for a comfortable stay. It is also located in a perfect Central spot, right next to the escalators. We will definitely check-in again. Thank you!
I had a great stay in Aquin's apartment. It was very spacious compared to many small apartments in Hong Kong and is located in a really great part of the city. Just a couple steps off the escalators and you are at the front door. The bed was very comfortable and Aquin was always quick to communicate. I never got a chance to meet Aquin but next time I am in town I would stay there again.
