Dear Meng, we thank you for having stayed in our riad.
We would like to clarify some points that you mentioned in your kind feedback.
The riad is a private house rented entirely and with some included services.
Paolo and I do not live in Marrakech and so we can not always welcome our guests in person, but we are available via email and telephone and our staff takes care of our guests.
The riad is located in the heart of the medina in one of the most authentic districts of Marrakech, 5 minutes walk from the souk, 10 minutes from Kitubia, 15 minutes from the Jema El Fna square, it takes a few days to orientate in the alleys of the medina and of course, get lost, can make the points of interest seem more distant.
The linen we use in riad is 100% pure cotton (bed sheets and towels) and is not of low quality. It is often new, since it often happens that bed sheets and towels are stained by henna or make up and we replace it with new linen every 2-3 months or when necessary.
The breakfast we offer includes tea, coffee, mint tea, milk, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, fresh croissants and fresh bread different every day, pancakes, butter and two kind of jam.
I remember that it is a private home and even the kitchen is at the complete disposal of our guests, if you want to cook or buy products in addition to those included in breakfast, you are free to do it.
Among the various services on request we offer the traditional Moroccan dinner, prepared by our staff and served, transfers from/to the airport, private guided tours, massages in riad and cooking lessons.
We were informed of the problem of hot water in your room, (was col the first day) the problem was solved the next day and after your report, we called the plumber and we solved the problem.
