Endless family fun in the heart of SW Michigan. 1 mile from 2 beaches w playgrounds, 10 mins from shopping & wineries in St Joseph & South Haven. Pet friendly with 4 bedrooms (2Q, 2F/T, 2T/T) sleeps up to 14 w a Game Room,& outdoor dining. Kids love the bunk room! Gather round the fire pit for s'mores and stories. Updated & comfortable with the charm of a 1940’s beach cottage. It’s a great place to create unforgettable memories near beautiful Lake Michigan with friends & family!

The space
Located on almost 1/2 acre, there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. There are two additional separate spaces available for rent onsite for large gatherings. (family reunion, bachelor/bachelorette, Girls Wine Trail trip, fishing trips and more) Each space has it's own private entrance and parking, not a shared space, and plenty of privacy. If you forget an essential, there is a general store and an ice cream shoppe just across the main road for your convenience. The blue skies are so bright during the day and the stars can clearly be seen at night. It is a peaceful getaway but close to main roads for easy travel. So much to do and just as easy to do nothing much at all if you prefer.

-1940’s Beach Cottage: Though it’s been renovated to look beautiful and feel comfortable for your stay, the cottage was built in the 40's and consequently is not new or perfect

-There is a laundromat nearby but not laundry on site.

-There are many beds for a fun gathering but only ONE bathroom.

-There is No Dishwasher or disposal.
-Water is on a well

Fireworks are prohibited on the property for safety reasons. Any unauthorized or unregistered pets will result in an additional $500 fee. Smoking is prohibited in all units and subject to a $500 fee.

Parking for your unit is the right side of the driveway.
