I am offering a private bedroom and private attached bath in my lovely 1895 vintage duplex. There is a little deck off the bedroom - a fun place to drink coffee. The home is located in an historic neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Denver - nightlife and restaurants in the Uptown Neighborhood are just blocks away. The Convention Center and other downtown amenities are a short walk. Several bus lines and the light rail service various parts of Denver and are available within 2 blocks. The layout is typical of townhomes - lots of stairs. I collect folk art. Please note that my home is cooled with an evaporative cooler - it keeps the home quite comfortable in summer months and provides much-needed humidity in the dry, Colorado climate. I know that you will love the house and the 'hood! New vegan bakery one block up the street! No smoking of any kind inside of the house. You are welcome to partake on the attached deck so long as you are respectful of the neighbors.

Please be aware that rental of the bed/bath does not necessarily provide you with access to the rest of the house - kitchen included. We can discuss special situations.

I am happy to offer you privacy if that is what you are comfortable with. (I will give you a key so that you can come and go as you please). I also love to chat over a glass of wine or tea in the kitchen. The choice is yours!
