🛎️ Check-In/Check-Out Times: Our check-in time is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. If you require flexibility around these times, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our booking schedule.

🔑 Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in. This is to cover any incidental damages that may occur during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.

🏡 House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking inside the villa, no pets, and respecting the quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM.

🧹 Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and once a week during your stay, including towels and bed linens laundry. Additional cleaning and laundry services can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. Pool and garden maintenance are conducted regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition for your enjoyment.

💡 Utilities: Please note that at check-in and check-out, electric meter is recorded. Electricity is charged separately based on your usage at 8 THB per kW. This is common practice in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation and sustainability. Water, however, is included in your stay.
