This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom villa is perfect for your holidays in Majorca. Enjoy the incredible 360° panoramic views and cool off in the private pool. It is located about a ten minute drive from the sea.

This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom villa is perfect for your holiday in Mallorca. There are large covered terraces with beautiful views, an outdoor kitchen and a grill. The finca is located on a small hill with almond trees near Sta. Margalida. From the house you can see the village churches of three municipalities in the distance: Santa Margalida, Maria de la Salut and Ariany. You can lie by the pool completely undisturbed without anyone looking in and, if necessary, listen to loud music. The view is unobstructed and unobstructed because the property is over 30,000 square meters. There is only a small road leading to the house, which ends there. There is absolutely no street noise and in summer you have the most beautiful starry sky on the island, as there is hardly any light pollution.

The finca is located near Santa Margalida, 8 minutes by car from the sea (Can Picafort). There are good shopping opportunities there.
