I spent four weeks in the apartment to work on my thesis. It was a great time. The apartment offered everything I needed, from WiFi, a desk to a completely equipped kitchen and bath room. I especially enjoyed working in the sun at the huge balcony for whole days.
Furthermore Stefan has been really kind and helpful. He prepared a lot of information regarding his apartment, Graz and the surrounding. In case I had questions he answered quickly via email. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
One recommendation for those who arrive by car and want to stay for more than a week weeks: Get yourself a monthly parket ticket for the area. I had to pay 42 euro for a month instead of 35 per week. Sadly you need to go personally to the traffic authorities to fill out the form. (Which took me 10 mins)
This was a lovely well stocked apartment. We stayed here for 3 weeks and we're very comfortable. Good sized kitchen, massive bedroom and great water pressure in shower. Stefan the host was a pleasure to communicate with. He always replied within a few hours and gave us extra information as a welcome package that was really appreciated.
we really had a nice time in stefan's appartment. it's not far from the city center by foot and you also have public transport just next to the place.
stefan is a friendly host, although he's not living in graz he always was available and he also let some information about the city.
About the Host, Stefan
I was born in Salzburg, live in Graz and work in space science. My job and personal interest in travel bring me around the globe very often, so my apartment is vacant for quite some time during the year. I want to offer it to others who are visiting Graz and want to stay in a modern apartment in the city center!
