The space
Beach Access and Prime Condo on the Property:
Kamaole Sands Complex provides a pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, on site activity vendor and 3 minute walk to Kamaole Beach. When the beach gets too hot, it's an easy walk back to the condo before you venture to your next destination.
This is the largest style of 2 bed, 2 bath condo on site with 1300 sqft interior space & another 150 sqft large lanai-- only 4th floor condos have this square footage and only half of the Kamaole Sands condos feature the large lanai. Located in the inner circle of Kamaole Sands buildings, the lanai features the beautiful view shown in the photos: overlooking the pool, garden and partial ocean view.
The space
Vaulted ceilings, a spiral staircase, and 1300 sq ft of interior living space set the stage to make a most memorable vacation.
The kitchen features full sized appliances to prepare any meal. The dining table comfortably seats 6 or you can dine on the large 150 sq ft lanai. The living room has a large L shaped couch and 55" wifi enabled TV with full cable and Disney+ (available on all TVs) to relax after a fun day at the beach.
Brand new pristine bathrooms and master bedroom. Renovated in July 2025.
A spiral staircase leads to the master bedroom featuring a king sized bed, 43" wifi enabled TV and ensuite with walk in shower and a vanity. The guest bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and a 43" wifi enabled TV. The main floor bathroom has a full bath with shower/tub combo. Pack light as the condo has a stacking washer and dryer.
The condo features newly installed split AC system with 3 units to provide great cooling. This is the optimal cooling solution over portable or window units. (Photo in main floor bedroom still showing old AC unit which has been updated.) Ceiling fans in all rooms provide additional comfort.
There is assigned parking and complimentary wifi.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
This condo is located on the Kamaole Sands Complex, right across the street from Kamaole Beach III. It's a very short walk to Kamaole Beach II and Kamaole Beach I. All three Kamaole beaches feature lifeguard stations. These beaches are a paradise for swimmers, snorkelers, and boogie boarders. You can indulge in sun soaked days and mesmerizing sunsets from the beach or right from your lanai.
The 15 acres of property gardens are beautifully maintained with tropical landscapes, pond and waterfall. The complex has lovely common amenities including

The condo has a keyless entry pad for entry and a code will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.
Registration at the Kamaole Sands Registration Office is required at check in. Office is open 24/7.
A $80 fee (subject to change), due upon check in, covers your reserved parking and resort amenities. Failure to register at the front desk upon check in will result in a $150 penalty fee.
Parking permit and gate codes for pool access are provided upon registration.
Other things to note
Beach supplies: We do our best to replenish beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers, typically twice a year. Unfortunately, these items break. We do have these amenities available most of the time (e.g. 90% of the time) but we are unable to guarantee their availability. Guests often purchase and leave behind other beach gear as well. Should you need, there are numerous close vendors, such as the one poolside at the complex, that rent these items very inexpensively. We do supply beach towels.
Maximum Occupancy including adults and children is 6.
Front desk check in is mandatory.
The condo is on the 4th floor of building 6. Fourth floor access is either through elevator or stairwell.
