Elm - walk into a dreamy custom built safari tent on an elevated wood platform in a secluded forest setting. Within the canvas weather resistant safari tent, amenities include two fully dressed queen beds, comfortable furniture, and a writing desk. Elm has its own covered private back balcony with a wooden bistro set. Your tent is warmly lit with three lanterns and a charging device that will charge most electronic devices. You will have everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay!

The space
Seneca Sol Glamping is a peaceful campground. It offers two safari tents. Nestled in a secluded forest setting, Elm is a spacious and furnished safari tent with a private balcony. Seneca Sol offers a modern bath house, lounge area, continental breakfast/coffee, walking trail, outdoor kitchen, nightly campfire, Wi-Fi, and concierge service. Only minutes from Seneca Lake Wine Trail, restaurants and much more!

WATER - Clean fresh filtered water. We provide fresh drinking water for guests in our lounge tent and bathhouse.
BATH HOUSE - Seneca Sol features a modern spa-like bath house. Here guests will find spacious private showers (hot and cold water), private bathrooms with modern flushing toilets, and a communal sink area. The bath house has electric outlets, mirrors, and ample space to make you ready for the day. This is also where guests will find complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body/hand soaps, face/hand/body towels, and a hair dryer. Not to worry, the bath house is a short walk from all the sites.
WELCOME TENT- This space is like a hotel lobby. Guests’ check-in here. It is where a complimentary continental breakfast with local organic coffee is served from 7:30AM to 10AM. Information about area attractions and many other amenities like a small, shared refrigerator, tables and chairs, hot water kettle and assorted teas are in the Welcome Tent for guests.
OUTDOOR KITCHEN - Seneca Sol has an outdoor kitchen too. An outdoor shared space with propane grills, bar area, prep table, small refrigerator, and sink. We provide cutlery and cookware.
CAMPFIRE - Each night a communal campfire is lit for guests. A reasonable stack of firewood is left fireside so guests can enjoy the fire well into the night. Complimentary s'mores are provided.
WALKING TRAIL - On site is a beautiful, wooded nature trail that takes about ten to fifteen minutes to walk. It is a loop, so you do not get lost. A terrific way to de-stress and stretch your legs after a long drive.

Other things to note
Concierge services available to help with pre-booking horseback riding, pontoon boating, kayaking, guided kayak tours of the Hector Fall, cycle boat rides, curated wine tours or DD options, massages, yoga (with 5 people), boxed lunches or dinners. We have thought of everything!

Cameron and I have been in the hospitality business for over 10 years. We live on the east side of Seneca Lake on 10 acres of land and have decided to share this very special place with you in the form of a glamping campsite. Our site is just minutes from the famed Seneca Lake Wine Trail. If wine tasting isn't enough we would be happy to recommend other activities based upon your own interests.
