Cozy valley side, totally downstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in a 16 unit complex with an on-site office manager/check in. Private fully stocked trout pond right onsite. Stunning views from the building overlooking the ski slope which is just 2 blocks away. Very charming & relaxing mountain retreat nestled in the beautiful Sanger de Cristo mountains. Fully furnished unit with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay including a fully equipped kitchen.

NO smoking & NO pets allowed on site!

Other things to note
There's an onsite laundry room right across from the unit. The condo has a patio with chairs for enjoying the surroundings & the stunning view, and the deer and ducks. There’s a new covered fish cleaning station.

The kitchen must be left with dishes either loaded and ran in dishwasher, or hand washed & left on counter to dry. Housekeeping will put dishes away upon your departure. Unit has a 10 cup coffee maker.

Just bring food, coffee, toiletries, etc.

The building has outdoor security cameras around the lake and parking lot.

Red River is my little piece of "Heaven on Earth". I LOVE Red River, and I go at least once a year. I get 8 weeks a year, but, can't make it that much. The office usually rents my unit, but, there are times of the year when it sits empty. I like to rent it myself so that others can enjoy the unit, and it helps me pay the annual assessments. I also love the local food - New Mexican food is awesome!
