Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • I was in Cleveland for a week of Executive Training at Case Western University.
It was a great pleasure to stay at Michele's home, with every facilites: hair dryer, private bathroom, fully furnished kitchen, access to the washing machine, wifi, private access to the house etc.

Michele and the whole family was always glad to help (a lot!!), while completely respecting the privacy needed. It was the perfect place for a studious week in a warm and familiar environment.

  • Michele was a wonderful host! My daughter and I stayed at her private suite and it was very comfortable, with everything we needed. There is a private bath, and a kitchen separate from Michele and her family's kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped. Her home is very close to the Case Western Reserve Campus, the Cleveland Art Museum and Severance Hall. We were visiting CWRU so it was a great location. The room is on a garden level and was very quiet. Staying at Michele and her family's home was a wonderful experience. There's a lot of room so it feels very private, and she is very welcoming.

  • I loved stayed with Michele! She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and her family is wonderful as well. The private room that I stayed in was nicer than many of the hotels that I've stayed at, and the common-use areas (kitchen, entertainment room) were fabulous as well. The kitchen was very clean, and there was plenty of space to put your groceries. I was working at the museum of natural history, and her place was only a short 10 min walk there. It was perfect! Michele is also an amazing host. She made an airport shuttle reservation for me, and showed me around town a bit. The grocery store is probably about 15 min walk away, and the area is pretty safe with the VA hospital and all of the college students near you. The bus stop is also only about a block away. I am so happy that I was able to meet Michele and her family! She made my stay in Cleveland absolutely fantastic.

  • Our stay with Michele was like staying in a hotel suite, only with a more personal feel! Michele was very friendly and helpful, and showed me around the accommodations upon arrival so I could get comfortable and come and go as I pleased. The room was cozy and warm, with a space heater available just in case - it was very cold and windy during our visit and we appreciated the extra heat to help us thaw after being out and about all day. The hot cocoa in the kitchen was great to have at our disposal, which we brought into the room with us to enjoy from the couch in front of the TV after a long day. Overall, the suite was set up like a hotel, complete with hairdryer, clean towels, wifi, and ample closet space. This was my first time visiting Cleveland, and I found it to be beautiful, clean, and incredibly easy to navigate, with no shortage of things to do. Thank you Michele!

  • Michele's (and Robert's) home was incredible. I thoroughly loved every minute living in her home. I had the ensuite room /private suite and it was everything I needed and more. The bed was so comfortable. The flatscreen TV is a very appreciated and wonderful asset of the room. The bathroom feels like a hotel bathroom with great running water and Michele leaves you these very soft towels for your use. Access to the kitchen/dining area was also great- the guests have our own kitchen that is separate from theirs which is great. There was also an office area that was outside of my room that she let me use as well- which I really appreciated especially because I had some moments where I needed to have (website hidden) interviews. This gave me a place to do my work uninterrupted. Another wonderful addition to the house is the separate entrance and the keyless entrance- what a great idea! Works very well for all the guests. Her entire family was very welcoming to me and I felt like I totally belonged with them. Next time I go to Cleveland, I would definitely stay with them again- this beats staying in a 5-star hotel ANY DAY!

  • I am very happy with my stay at Michele's house. Upon checking in, Michele invited my to join her family and friends watching a Cleveland Browns game. They made me feel like a part of their family. I had a blast and I don't even care that much about football! You could not find a nicer host than Michele. My suite seemed very newly renovated and was very nice. In addition, it was great to have use of a kitchen which I shared with one other guest. Michele gets a very hearty recommendation from me. If the need arrises I would not hesitate to stay with her again.
