The space
It's 2 bedroom 2 bath house. Sleeps 4 but ideally 2 adults since the smaller bedroom only has sofa bed.

Tap water is purified and filtered by Golden State Water Company before coming into the house. We have also Aquasana whole house water filtration system in storage room. Yes, it's drinkable from the tap!

The house was designed to offer expansive views, connecting the kitchen, living room, and bedroom seamlessly with 24 feet of windows. The main bedroom does not have a door at its entry, instead relying on floor-to-ceiling drapes for privacy.
