About this listing
A cute, cozy room. Comfortable and clean. Plenty of natural light, or close the blinds, and be in a nice cool dark room. I have AC, no swamp cooler here! Shady, relaxing, and surprisingly cool backyard with a big Mesquite tree, and interesting desert life. Two adults and a child max. There are two dogs here. They're friendly.
The room would be great for single, a couple, and can accommodate a pet, or baby. All are welcome. Even if you're just here to root against the Wildcats ;)
The house is open to you in every way, except my personal room. Please feel free to eat whatever is here. You'll be given a key, and can come and go as you please. Late nights, early mornings, no problem.
Interaction with Guests
I may, or may not be present during your stay. I work a lot, and go to school. When I am away, there is always someone available to assist you, if you'd need it. I'm able to be contacted at anytime.
Walking distance to the University of Arizona! I love this neighborhood! I've lived in the U of A area since 2005. I've never had any problems with neighbors. Some noise on big game nights.
I live right on a public transit line. There's plenty of parking. For those of you just needing to get around the U of A. Also, food, and markets within walking distance. This is located right in the middle of Tucson. I can pretty much get to any side of town in 25 min max, and that's heading to the very outskirts. Close to downtown, U of A, convention center, botanical gardens, and many other fun places. Why bother renting a car?
Other Things to Note
There are 2 dogs living in this house. I do my best to keep up with the fur, but it is here. I do provide lint rollers for my guests though :)

I am not responsible for any accidents or injuries you may incur while in operation of the bicycles. If you damage the bike, you are responsible for repairs or replacement. Thank you
