This place is amazing and the terrace makes it absolutely perfect. It's definitely noisy since it's right in the middle of everything but it's also so nice to be in the center of everything. So if you are a light sleeper and prefer the quiet side of things you won't get that here. But if a terrace with views of the mosque and historic Córdoba in a beautiful home this is the right fit!

The apartment is centrally located within walking distance of many things to do, very charming place. From the other reviews, we knew this would be loud, but it kept going until about 5am with the shops and cafes opening at 8-9am, leaving only a few hours of peace and quiet. The noise was bearable and expected, but the apartment, in particular the bedroom, was extremely hot. The AC unit is underpowered for the size of the apartment and located in the living room, meaning the air flow did not reach the bedroom at all. We were in Cordoba on a very hot few days (38c), but with the AC running all day, the temperature did not drop below 28c in the bedroom all night. We notified the host of this after the first night, but she did not follow up with us as she said she was going to do. My wife and I took turns sleeping on the couch, but it was only a few degrees cooler in the living room. I would stay elsewhere if you are a light sleeper or cannot sleep in sweltering heat.

Charming apartment, right next to the mezquita. The terrace is great for relaxing and people watching.

Pros -really unique and beautiful, great location, by far the most comfortable bed and linens that I've ever used in an AirBnB, good value for the money Cons -we were there in December and it was COLD. There were space heaters in the apartment, but only of them really worked so we used it to heat up the bedroom and pretty much stayed in there unless we had to leave. -communication was kind of nonexistent. We showed up the day of and hadn't heard anything from the host. For those wondering, the address is #17. We got to the street, tried calling/texting him-nothing. Finally after 5 minutes of us standing in the street with our luggage, a lady walked out a shop and asked us "Javier?" and then handed us a key. So that could have been better. Would stay here again, but maybe during the Spring/Summer. I could see how this could be an amazing stay in warmer months.

What a neat space and an excellent location in Córdoba. The place is centrally located right next to the Mezquita, which makes the place great for stopping in and out during the day if you need a rest. Like other reviews have noted, it can be very loud during the night so it can be tough for light sleepers.

This was a lovely place to stay in an excellent location. The house is quite beautiful and the deck was a great for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. The house was very clean and comfortable. I had some problems getting communication from the host which was a bit stressful on my travel date. I recommend getting parking instructions before arrival if driving a car. My car was towed from an area that appeared to be okay to park. This tuned out to be reserved for only residents of the old town, but there were no signs indicating this. This could have been avoided if the host answered my question about parking :/

We had a wonderful stay at Javier's place. We couldn't have picked a better location. The apartment is literally just steps from the Mezquina, amongst shops, cafes, restaurants. The space was clean and had everything we needed.
