Classic updated 50's modern design, 2 bedroom apt w/private 700sq roof deck w/10 seater dining table. Spacious Kitchen, comfortable living room, gas grill. Large front deck opening up from the living room for al fresco dining. New this year ** outdoor shower** Shared Washer & dryer. There are 2, Two bedroom apartments on the property. Both with private outdoor decks, private gas BBQs. Share one entrance. The house is located on a walk that has beach access, steps from the ocean.

Other things to note
The house has bath towels, bed linens, pots/pans, coffee pot, utensils and silverware, dishes/glasses, deck furniture and propane gas for BBQ. An initial supply of paper good will be provided if you need more you can purchase them at the grocery store in town. You should bring beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella as not all houses provide them. You should bring face cloths and hand towels if needed.

During your stay

Tenants agree to abide by Town of Brookhaven Noise Ordinance. No loud and/or unreasonable noise between 10pm and 10am .
Tenants must be in residence when guests are present.
Tenants will not remove, rearrange or store artwork and/or furnishings without the landlord’s expressed permission.
In the event there is an Evacuation Order (Voluntary or otherwise), prior to a storm–tenants must vacate as directed by Landlord/Agent/Municipal Authorities/Local Fire Department Volunteers. If tenant is in residence when Evacuation Order is issued, for safety reasons, tenants must remove and store all items from outdoor space/decks, removing them inside.
Smoking. Tenant(s) understands that the rental unit is a non-smoking unit, and agrees to smoke only in the outdoor areas and will not throw any lit objects onto surrounding property, to include matches and/or cigarettes / cigars. Some premises maybe non-smoking.
Homeowner is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Tenant(s) shall leave the property vacant, clean and undamaged. Tenant(s) shall make sure that the dishes are washed and put away, counters are wiped, refrigerator is emptied, no food is left behind and all trash is properly deposed of in the outdoor containers.
The Homeowner assumes no responsibility, and Tenant(s) assumes all risks, for any child that the Tenant(s) brings or permits to be on the premises at any time during the rental period.
Tenant(s) agrees to indemnify and hold Homeowner harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by Tenant(s) or parties invited onto the property by Tenant(s).
Tenant(s) agrees to indemnify and hold Homeowner harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by Tenant(s) or parties invited onto the property by Tenant(s) caused by or attributed to Tenant’s Pets.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York. Each of the parties irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New York, as applicable, for any matter arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements concerning this subject matter.
Pets: Tenant(s) with permission to bring Pet(s) must have signed Pet Agreement.
