A beautiful and relaxing vacation awaits you! Beaver Island, America’s Emerald Isle, is located in Lake Michigan approximately 32 miles northwest of Charlevoix and is accessible by ferry or plane. The island is made up almost entirely of gravel roads. There are breathtaking views around every corner. Bringing a vehicle or renting one on the island is recommended.

The space
Beautiful and comfortable this 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom home is located on the north end of the island less than 2 miles from town. This brand new construction is clean, fresh and bright with a ton of natural light. An open layout and 9 foot ceilings throughout give it a spacious feel.
There are two bedrooms both with brand new queen size beds and mattresses. An air mattress is available for more than 4 guests. The main bathroom has a large double vanity sink, washer and dryer, enclosed glass shower. There is also a second bathroom located in the entryway from the driveway side door. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances including a large refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave.
There is so much to see on this beautiful island! The views are breathtaking around every corner! A vehicle is recommended. If you wish to bring a vehicle, reservations can be made by calling the Beaver Island Boat Company. I suggest calling early to make vehicle reservations as spaces for vehicles are limited and fill up quickly during the summer months. You can also visit their website to view passenger information such as schedules and rates. There are two places on the island that provide car rental service. They are Burton Auto Rentals and Duffy’s Rentals.
