This loft is called "BROCK". All are named for businesses that once were located in the building. This space originally for Dr. Brock's dental office. The dividers in the office are used in the "Arnold" loft.

Our lofts are all located in an historical building in downtown Grinnell. they are located over businesses and do not have elevator access.

There is a parking space located behind the building with an alley access to the loft which is well lit.
