- Our pools contain natural hot spring water. You can expect the pool water to be warm or hot, depending on your tolerance.

Bedrooms

All 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms located on the second floor and 1 bedroom (meant for seniors or those with disabilities) located on the ground floor.
Our beds come with pillows and sheets. Blankets can be requested upon check-in from the caretaker (no charge).

Bathrooms

All the rooms are equipped with their own bathroom. There is an additional full restroom on the second floor that can be shared.
Not all bathrooms have a shower heater.
Room 1 (senior/PWD room), 2, and 5 have shower heaters.
Please note that we do not provide toiletries and towels.

Kitchen
===========
The main dining area has a wide countertop meant for food preparation, washing dishes, and microwaving food. There's also a medium-sized ice cooler you can use to store your drinks or other food items. Bring your own ice.
The kitchen behind the dining area (separated by a wall) is equipped with another sink, two-burner gas stove (this is included in the rate), and our basic cooking tools.
We provide the basics: a medium-sized pot & pan (wok), knife, chopping board, solid spoon (sandok) & turner (sianse), and microwave.
Guests are expected to bring their own cutlery (spoons & forks), plates, cookware (pots & pans) and cooking utensils.
The grill is located near the entrance in the garage area. You are free to use the grill; charcoal can be bought from the caretaker.

Guest Limit

The pax limit is good for up to 25 pax. Children 2 years old and above are included in the headcount.
We can allow up to 5 excess pax, free of charge.
ABSOLUTE maximum is up to 30 pax only. In excess of the absolute maximum will be DENIED entry. Excess guests will be provided an extra mattress and beddings to sleep on.

Extra Fees
===========
- ₱60 for each succeeding jug of water (for the hot & cold water dispenser)
- Events Fee (if you will have catering, event set up, etc.): ₱1,000
- Food Cart, Mobile Bar, Photo Booth: ₱500 per supplier
- Sound system, professional lights & sounds: ₱500 per item
- Time extension**: ₱900 per hour
**Strictly subject to approval and can only be allowed if the next time slot is available. A surcharge of ₱900 per hour will be billed for *approved* extension/early check-in. Otherwise, you will be asked to check-out on time.
Other things to note
- We only accept cash (Philippine Peso) in the resort. Please keep this in mind if any of the extra fees apply to you.
- We only allow one vehicle to be parked inside Toscana. All other cars can be safely parked by the curb just outside of the resort. We also have a private parking lot right beside Toscana. The resort is located in a guarded subdivision, where guards roam at least twice during the night. Rest assured your parked vehicles will be safe during your stay.
- AFS Toscana is located right across AFS2.
- We do not offer flexible check-in and check-out times since we follow a tight schedule. You can only stay for up to 21 hours unless a time extension is approved (see "Extra Fees"). Check in starts at 2pm; check-out is at 11am.
- Cut-off time for checking in is 11pm. The resort will be closed until 6am to guests arriving after the cut-off time. Please let us know in advance if you will be checking-in late after 11pm.
