Blaeberry Cottage is a bright, modern semi-detached self catering cottage situated in a quiet no-through road close to the centre of Aviemore. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 4. There is a fully enclosed garden & secure storage shed.

Blaeberry Cottage is a bright, modern semi-detached self catering cottage situated in a quiet no-through road close to the centre of Aviemore. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 4 (+ 1 infant). There is a bedroom with two single beds and a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath. Heated towel rails in each bathroom. The cottage is beautifully presented, with all the modern comforts you need for an easy self catering holiday in Aviemore. There is a large lounge / dining room, a modern well-equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher & washer/dryer, and two good-sized bedrooms. It has an attractive, secluded garden to the rear with purpose built BBQ and picnic table and chairs. There is also a secure shed for outdoor equipment storage.

Guests have full access to Blaeberry Cottage, a private semi-detached bungalow with private fully enclosed rear garden and secure timber storage shed.

We aim to provide the perfect base for your holiday in Aviemore and a well equipped, clean and comfortable home from home. We make sure you have the basics when you arrive, so you will find tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk & shortbread, along with a starting supply of laundry & dishwashing essentials.
The accommodation is all ground floor level, heated by electric storage heaters and comprises:

Lounge / diner: with Smart HD TV and DVD and dining furniture for five
Kitchen: with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer, access out to fully enclosed garden
Bedroom 1: with double bed, I pod dock/digital radio and en-suite shower room, WC and wash basin
Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds and I pod dock/digital radio.
Bathroom: with shower over bath, WC and wash basin
Fully enclosed garden mainly laid to lawn with purpose built BBQ, picnic table and chairs. Shed for outdoor equipment storage. Off road parking for two cars.
All electricity included.
Bed linen and towels supplied.

Neighborhood highlights

Blaeberry Cottage is situated in a very quiet area and in a small cul-de-sac so no passing traffic. It is extremely safe and ideal for families. Only a very short walk into Aviemore village along a footpath or a 5 minute drive. From outside the cottage, there are wonderful views of the Cairngorm Mountain Range. Also, from the door, you can explore the area by bike or by foot and within a short distance are in the beautiful wilderness of the Cairngorms National Park. The cottage is also located on the Speyside Way, one of Scotland's 4 main long distance routes.
Aviemore village is a small, friendly town with a good variety of cafés, bars, eateries and shops. Stores providing outdoor equipment and equipment hire are readily available. There is also a swimming pool, indoor play area, & cinema for indoor activities. There are a number of excellent golf courses in the region and the championship Spey Valley Golf Course is only a short walk away. Further afield there are many places to explore, but you will find plenty of activities for all ages and abilities from the doorstep.
