Dick and M-E are fantastic. I really appreciated their accommodations of my unique circumstances.
We had a wonderful time staying at Dick and M-E's beautiful home! The fall foliage, pretty hikes, soothing hot springs, and delicious food made for a great getaway! Dick and ME gave us many helpful suggestions, and made us feel at home! Daisy is the perfect greeter, and we also enjoyed watching the llamas out back! We can't wait to come back to see more!
We were welcomed graciously, and our hosts gave us great suggestions about a jeep tour and the local pub, Colorado Boy.
Our room was spacious and well appointed We were very pleased.
ME and Dick were wonderful,,,very warm and welcoming and very fun to talk with...they have had a full and happy life with stories to prove it...their home exactly as expected with bonus of sweet dog Daisy and lamas...is your mama a lama (name of kids book brought to mind) and the dennis weaver memorial
I had a lovely time in your log home. Gorgeous views and even a community garage sale to shop at. I was there while fall colors were peaking in the San Juan Mountains - spectacular! Thanks for your warm hospitality!
Dick and M-E were delightful hosts. I wish I could have had more time to sit and chat with them - they have some great stories to tell about biking around the world!
I was pleasantly surprised by my room - it was warm, comfortable, and thematic! It was nice having my own bathroom too.
I came into town to volunteer for a festival, which required me being out until the wee hours, and hey were very accommodating with my circumstances.
I look forward to staying with them again next year!
What an amazing house you have - it was great to stay in a 'real log-cabin house'. Both Dick and M-E were very welcoming and it was really interesting to sit and chat to them, learning about the area and life in the USA. Lovely views from the upstairs lounge, a very good breakfast and fun meeting the llamas and Daisy the dog!
