Other things to note
Like most properties in Joshua Tree that offer space, privacy, tranquility, and less light pollution, this property is off a dirt road. The road is approximately .5 miles long and very easily managed in any car, but you may want to exercise more caution if driving a very low-profile vehicle.

Our amazing Modpool utilizes the KemFree system, which does not add chemicals to the pool water. It's like swimming in crystal-clear drinking water. There is a pool heating fee of $99 for the first day, the $69 after the first day, if you would like to have it heated, temperature up to 85 degrees in the winter. Please give us at least 24hrs advanced notice to heat the pool.

Hot Tub seats 6 people and it's always hot and ready! Please shower before using the hot tub, this really helps keep the water clean and clear. The spa bathroom is conveniently located next to the hot tub!

The pool and spa services are 2x per week, typically on Mondays and Thursdays. Services must be allowed and unimpeded.

The Theater Barn/Game room does not have heating or cooling. There are extra blankets in the barn when it's cool, and when it's warmer the exhaust fans automatically turn on, and you can open all the roller doors for great air flow!
