All areas are open to guests w/the exception of any locked owner closets/cabinets. The detached garage is not for guest use at this time.
You will receive a unique access code through Airbnb prior to booking date.
Hot tub use at own risk. Hot tub MUST be covered & locked anytime not in use. Please make sure back doors are locked after patio/hot tub use. Anyone under the age of 18 should not be left unattended on the patio or in the hot tub at any time.
Other things to note

- Pet friendly w/fee (2 pets max)
- Pet must be leashed outdoors + cleaned up after
- Pet must be potty trained indoors + not left inside unattended unless crated

An additional $50 fee may be imposed if the following are left in unsatisfactory condition:
- Grill not cleaned after use
- Hot tub floater left out of tub, damaged, and/or missing.
- Hot tub cover damaged, unlocked, left open, and/or missing.
- Excessive mess in hot tub, power turned off, and/or jets left completely closed.
- Food, pets, oils in hot tub.
- Excessive trash or trash not collected & bagged
- Food and/or dirty dishes left
- Excessive pet hair, any glitter or confetti used
