Rachida è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile
Senza dubbio un posto da consigliare!
Wonderful stay. Lovely Riad. Good Location in the Medina. Nice Hosts :-)
The Riad was a very beautiful place to stay right in the heart of the Medina. It's location is very convenient as it is right next to the Souks and to a few mosques including the Ben Youssef Mosque.
The Riad hospitality was great and they are very attentive and helpful. I definitely suggest having breakfast and tea on their beautiful terrace.
Leila was a great help, even though I did not get to meet her, but she was happy to answer all of my questions. Glad I stayed here and would definitely love to go back.
Our stay at the riad was awesome. We met dila(the night guardian) and rashida(the cook) both of whom were very helpful and nice. I emailed back and forth with Alexandre who was very helpful and set up a driver for us to be picked up from the airport to the door of the riad. The room was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is lovely. I highly suggest downloading citymaps2go for those heading to Marrakesh. You can use that app offline and use the GPS capabilities to navigate the paths.
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful riad. The two on-site caretakers, Dila and Rachida, were very friendly and helpful. Our french was limited, but we were still able to communicate with them. The room was clean, and nicely situated in the medina. The rooftop is beautiful and an excellent place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The only hiccup on the trip was that our room was inexplicably double-booked, and we were only notified a few hours prior to our arrival by Alex. We were placed in a nice nearby riad for the night whose owner seemed less than happy about the situation and wouldn't provide us keys to the riad's front door, so we unfortunately spent the remainder of the evening in the room. In the morning we checked in to the normal riad and were given a complimentary breakfast by Rachida on the pleasant rooftop as a consolation. Despite this, we would recommend this riad and would happily stay at it again if we find ourselves back in Marrakech.
We really enjoyed our three nights at the Riad. The atmosphere there is so peaceful, it feels like a real holiday.
The room was really cosy and clean and had an exciting bathroom design. The terrace was beautiful and we had some delicious breakfasts, prepared by Rashida, a wonderful lady who works at the Riad in the mornings.
We were welcomed by Alexandre who was extremely friendly and didn't mind answering our questions and giving us endless bits of information about Marrakech and showing us different places on the map. It was thanks to him that we discovered a very exciting cafe/restaurant/garden as well as a whole list of other sights.
The Riad was very calm at night and we slept really well.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend the Riad. We reckon it is particularly great for couples.
We hope to go back soon!
