  • Very nice room, the location is perfect and close to a lot of good restaurants and public transport.
The breakfast was arranged in a cafe with a voucher, it consisted of a typical italian breakfast: a cappucino and a croissant. For us it was perfectly fine, but for the more hungy types not enough i guess.

The chamber was well furnished and decorated and the bed was fine. Our room was very quit as well, it was not on the streetside. The only thing was that our bathroom smelled quite bad, but we could live with that perfectly. Also because the room was cleaned every day and we got clean towels as well, which made it feel more like a hotel :)

Another nice thing was that there was an elevator, very handy with our heavy luggage.

  • A comfortable and very convenient apartment - easy walk to all the sights of Rome. Alessia could not have been nicer. She adjusted her schedule to be there when you needed her and make you feel at home. I would highly recommend any one of her apartments.

  • Rome is always worth a trip. Alessia and Emanuela's flat is within walking distance of the Vatican City and the old town of Rome! We loved the breakfast vouchers! The room we stayed in was basic but ok.

  • Room was nice, but shared space was directly outside bedroom door so did not feel very private. Alessia was very nice and waited for us to arrive much after we were expected due to a couple of delays. Breakfast was very good, but we were surprised that we had to take cards to a local bakery to receive breakfast rather than it being served directly at the B&B. Breakfast locations were close, but not as convenient as at the B&B. Other issues included door locks which were a bit troublesome (as they are very old doors) and bathroom faucet sprayed everywhere. Also, the cleaning staff showed up early and sat outside of our room until we left to clean, which made us feel bad on the two occasions that we slept in! We also missed having a tv in our room, but enjoyed the wifi.

  • Alessias B&B was wonderful. We had a lovely stay. Alessia was extremely communicative and helpful upon our arrival. We had a little trouble finding the place and she was so accommodating in meeting us on the street and walking us to the apartment. Everything was clean and decorated lovely. We enjoyed the high ceilings and big windows. Breakfast included across the street in a cute cafe was fun! It was nice to get up and go somewhere for breakfast, and for it to be included :) The location was ideal as it was merely a few blocks from all the bus stops and the direct bus to the airport. It also was walking distance to metro and The Vatican. Alessia was sweet and again, so helpful and accommodating. We could not ask for more for our stay in Rome! :)

  • I didn't meet Alessia but met with her partner Emmanuel. They set me up with a private driver who picked us up at the train and dropped us off at the airport for a very reasonable price. This is probably the BEST thing that I liked. I wish more AirbNB owners would do this.

The apartment itself is good and comfortable. The bed was OK and the room was cleaned every 3 days by a cleaning lady. Although she took away our dirty towels she didn't give us new ones but I found them in the outside cabinets so this was not a problem.

The fancy feature of the shower did not work or maybe we didn't know how to use it correctly. when we tried to use it, it sprayed water onto the bathroom floor. We used the handheld shower wand instead. Had a problem with the shower wand holder being half broken but after I let the owner know they fixed it the next day. Great response from the owner. The shower was had black stuff on in the grout which was kind of gross so I tried not to think about it when showering.

Location is quiet. Not central but right by the river so it's about a 15-20 minutes walk into town. about 10-15 min walk to the Metro. The breakfast voucher was nice. This is the most expensive place I booked so far on AirBnB so I had higher expectations.

  • This was our first apartment when we arrived in Rome for our honeymoon. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. We never actually met Alessia but her assistant Manuela helped us out. This is perfect if you want to have your own alone time and go in and out without being bothered. And the cafe where the breakfast is served was perfect! Very Italian- full of locals grabbing cafe in the morning! We would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants some privacy, a nice nights sleep, GREAT water pressure and a delicious breakfast! Also- the location was great! Near the Vatican but not all touristy- nice, hip little area :)

  • We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The location is perfect just a short walk from the Vatican and the main shopping street.

Lovely spacious, quite room with a very comfortable bed which was cleaned to a high standard everyday.

Alessia was very helpful organising a pick up to and from the airport aswell as showing us the beautiful places to go in Rome. She helped make our Rome stay as good as possible.

Would not hesitate to go back here.

Thanks Alessia for a wonderful stay.

  • Alessia was extremely polite and careful host. I even made a mistake and told her wrong arrival time and she was very polite and easy going about it. The apartment is extremely clean with gorgeous high ceiling and in very good area, walking distance from the Vatican and plazza Navona. I would highly recommend it !

  • The apartment is very spacious and clean. The location is perfect because of its proximity to the Vatican and also the Piazza del Poppolo. The neighborhood is not touristy at all and I almost felt like a Roman. There is a subway stop nearby too. Alessia is an excellent host and even arranged transportation from the airport.
