Home is close to popular restaurants, bars, Metro stations, 405/710/110/91 freeways! Home is owner occupied but it will be all yours at check-in. Enjoy a hotel like experience with full Kitchen, flatscreen TVs, high speed WiFi, Central AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer, gated yard & patio, private parking on-site, EV charger.
The space
Home is very spacious at 2,300 sq ft. Guest will enjoy a clean space with clean bedding, clean towels, a full Kitchen w/ air fryer oven, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes/flatware, a gated front yard, private parking for up to 2 cars (uncovered), central AC/Heat, hi-speed WiFi, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs w/ fire-stick, washer/dryer, dining table for 6 and reclining couches in the Living room. Host has a 2021 Nissan Murano SUV and EV Charging station for additional fees per day.
Guest access
The Home is Owner Occupied but it will be all yours at Check-in. Guests have access to all bedrooms (4), all bathrooms (2.5), Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry area and the Gated Front Yard (green space) and gated private patio area. The Garage and the downstairs closet will contain the Owner's personal possessions and will not available for Guest use. All Bedroom closets and dressers will be empty and available for Guest use.
Guest will enter/exit the property via the Garage only using a hand-size Garage door remote (unless there’s an emergency then see the evacuation plan in Guest Book). There will be a $250 fee per Garage door remote if not returned at Check-out. The Home has a self-monitored Ring Alarm Security System monitored by the Host. This is for setting when "Away" or at "Home" at Guest discretion. The temporary Security Alarm Code will be available in the Guest Book at Check-in. The Owner and/or Host are not responsible for any theft, vandalism or property damage of Guest personal items or vehicles during the duration of your stay. The Host recommends to set the Security Alarm to “Away” when leaving the Home and to read all Parking signs if parking any cars on the street.
Other things to note
The Home is an Owner Occupied property but it will be all yours at check-in. Guest Check-in is at 3:00 pm and Check-out is by 12:00 pm. If your stay will be longer than 12:00 pm on the Check-out day, then you will need to book another day.
Upon arrival, please message the Host for the lockbox code. Park in the back private patio driveway (turn right at the white picket fence and drive slowly to the 3rd house in). The space can fit two cars outside the Garage. If you have more than two cars you can park on the street. Please read all street parking signs and do not block any driveways. Owner/Host is not responsible for any parking tickets, towing fees, vandalism or property damages during your stay. The lockbox will be on the left side gate. The lockbox will contain the Garage door remote (s). Remove the remote and close the lockbox scrambling the numbers and close the combination cover.
All Guests will enter/exit the property via the Garage only unless there is an emergency (see the emergency evacuation plan in Guest Book). No Front Door keys or Security Gate codes will be provided (the security gate locks from the inside so the front door can be left open for natural light and more air circulation if desired). The Garage will contain the Host’s personal items and cars. No parking or entertaining in the Garage. There will be a clear path to enter/exit the Home via the attached Garage.
Host has a 2021 Nissan Murano SUV and EV Charger (slow charging station) available for an additional fee. There will be a $250 fee if the Garage door remote and Bedroom door keys (3) are not returned at check-out. The Cleaning Fee is $175 per reservation.
The Home has 3 security cameras. A Ring Doorbell camera at the front door, an Exterior camera facing the front yard (porch/street view) and a Ring Floodlight camera in the back above the Garage that comes on at night if anyone enters the back area. All Guests will be on Camera every time you enter/exit the Garage or the Front door. Host suggest to set the Security Alarm to "Away" when leaving the Home. Read all street signs and don’t block any driveways if you park any vehicles on the street. The Owner/Host is not responsible for any parking tickets, towing fees, theft, vandalism or property damages during the duration of your stay.

A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE TOTAL RENTAL AMOUNT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR ENTIRE HOME RESERVATION. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED 24-48 HRS AFTER CHECK-OUT IF THERE IS NO PROPERTY DAMAGE. THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE IF THE BOOKING IS CANCELED DURING MAJOR EVENTS SUCH AS FIFA WORLD CUP, SUPER BOWL OR 2028 OLYMPICS (NO EXCEPTIONS). THE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE WITH A 14-DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE IF BOOKING IS NOT DURNG A MAJOR EVENT. Family friendly quiet neighborhood with lots of diversity. Sat/Sun are more likely to have neighbors having a party but Host ask for absolutely no parties. The neighbors will contact Host if they see any gatherings being held.
