The apartment is located close to the centre with excellent links into the city. Quiet and comfortable, it is the perfect retreat after a busy day. There are also lots of things to do nearby if guests wanted some local nightlife; bars and cafés ect.

90 sqm (968 sqft) fully furnished, two-bedroom apartment on the third floor of a landmark apartment building. It is decorated and maintained to a high standard, with contemporary design furniture and fittings, and all you'd expect in a modern apartment.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven and hobs, with pots and pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery, cups and glassware.
The rate includes all utilities, refuse collection, and electricity, cable TV, and internet hot spot, but excludes telephone - there isn't one.
Parking is NOT included, and a car is unnecessary in Dublin anyway.
Guests can access all areas - the apartment is entirely at their disposal during their stay.
Interaction with Guests
We try to meet our guests on arrival, give them a quick tour of the apartment, hand over the keys and then leave them to their own devices. We are on the phone for urgent situations and live nearby.
If guests wanted to be met at Dublin Airport, we can arrange a pick up in the arrivals hall at a reasonable fee.
Barrow Street, and the streets in the immediate vicinity, are rapidly becoming the trendiest places for IT people to live and hang out. A stay here will put you right in the heart of the buzzy, hip and trendy Dublin. There are grocery shops, cafés, a doctor's surgery, and a pharmacy: all in a bustling lively and youthful community. In a city where night life is as important as sightseeing, it is good to know there are bars and restaurants all within a short walk.
The Grand Canal bank makes a lovely linear park for strolling in leafy Dublin 4, and the city centre is a short DART ride or an easy walk. The Grand Canal Basin is the new hot spot for concerts, plays, water-sports and all kinds of other activities.
Situated conveniently for DART and commuter rail services, Grand Canal Dock station is 100m away from the front door of the apartment building. Buses pass on adjacent streets and are all city-bound. Taxis are so abundant as to be embarassing. NEW: The DublinBikes scheme has just put in a new station for the very successful rent-a-bike. Look them up. We cannot provide parking - don't bring a car if you can help it.
Apartment living requires a certain tolerance of other people's lives; while at the same time asking for your respect. No loud activities after 11 pm and certainly not before 8 am.
Marie-Louise is very friendly and helpful. Die Appartement was very good. Enough place for four people and a good kitchen to cook some things. We were very happy tp stax there.
I stayed at Marie-Louise's two bedroom apartment for four days in March while working from Airbnb's Dublin office. The apartment is a good value and well equipped with everything you need, and the location is very convenient to several neighborhood tech offices.
Marie-Louise and Marcus were very easy to communicate and flexible with our check-in process, which we appreciated. Had a great stay!
A very good place to stay for a visit to Dublin. Well located with every convenience at hand. Supermarket opposite, taxis available all the time, train link into the centre at the end of the road. The apartment has everything you need and is just as pictured. Very comfortable beds, tasteful decor and good sized rooms. The only thing which dint work while we were there was the TV box offering extra channels but we didn't have time to watch TV anyway. Marie-Louise and Marcus were in touch before and during our stay and were very friendly and helpful.
Marie-Louise and her husband have been very welcoming, they are very organised and sent me a note with all the information regarding the apartment a few days before my arrival. They were away during my stay but regularly sent an email to check if all was okay. The apartment is very nice and well decorated, the two rooms are lovely. The only low point is that the previous guests didn't empty the bins so I had to do it myself, and that the cleaning of the kitchen/bathroom was not perfect, but Marie-Louise kindly offered me a discount for my next stay and said she would correct it immediately. Overall I'd give this place a good rating. The situation is perfect: in front of (website hidden) offices and a supermarket, you're not far to the very nice restaurants around and the area is very safe.
This is a great spot that's also in a convenient location. The apartment was clean and had everything you would need.
In addition Marie-Louise is a fantastic host. She took the time to help arrange a pickup and drop off to the airport. I'd definitely stay here again.

The apartment is well stocked, modern and has excellent heating for those traveling in the colder months.
The location is fantastic. You can catch a few bus lines into the city center or walk (it's about 15 - 20 minutes) and there are plenty of restaurants around (including fantastic coffee). Plus there is a supermarket right across the street.
The host is professional, prompt, courteous and flexible. I would happily return there should I return to Dublin.
