Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Beautiful home secluded in nature. Located waterfront with hot tub, fire pit, canoe and kayaks. Take the kayaks out for a couple hours, fish, soak up the sun and stillness the lake has to offer. Enjoy meals on the deck, soaking in the hot tub or light the fire pit for s'mores. The space
Welcome to one of our favorite places in NW Arkansas! Leave the stress behind and let the calm of nature and the lake revive the soul!!

This is a small house with 2 bedrooms (one king bedroom and one queen bedroom) with a curtained bunk room with one full size bed & one twin bed off the living room. There is one full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a 1/2 bath off the primary bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There’s a 60” TV in the living room as well as TVs in the bedrooms. The deck is the star of the show!! With a gas fire pit, hot tub, and grill looking directly at the water (less then 50 feet away).

Walk down to the water's edge and enjoy the lake. The property has kayaks & paddle board. There are two shared floating docks. If fishing is your thing, bring your rod because the fishing is amazing!! The catch is crappie, bass and catfish. It’s a lot of fun just fishing from the back yard. (please if keeping fish handle outside do not put fish in fridge or bring in house).

The house shares a waterfront back yard space with our two other Airbnb’s. It’s a huge waterfront. This house sits about 50 yards to one house and 20 yards from the other. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Thank you.

This is a 6 person maximum house and includes kids in that number. We've added an small Avion camper (sleeps 2) that is connected to water and septic for an additional cost of $50 per night. It has a small sofa, kitchenette, 2 twin size beds & small full bathroom.

The house is one of four Airbnb’s that we own on a private drive with full water front access. Parking is in front of house.

Other things to note
This is the perfect location for work retreats, family reunions or wedding guests, especially for weddings at Stone Chapel or Sassafras Springs vineyard.

We also offer the 3 other houses in the cove that are next door to one another. Each sleep 6, and adds additional space for family and friends. A small Avion camper that sleeps 2 on the property of Midnight Eddy @ Water's Edge is also available for a nightly fee of $50.

Neighborhood highlights

You will enter the Beav-O-Rama subdivision and take several turns heading toward the water. After you turn on Spicewood Pl, the house sits in the middle of our other two Airbnb's. This is a quiet small lake community. You may see boats, kayaks, etc passing by from the back decks.
